Making dairy free mango smoothie and lollies for the summer!!! ☀️
I have been trying to develop some recipes by using @minorfigures oatmilk recently.
And this one is definitely one of the most popular one in our house!!
The sharpness of the mango goes really well with the nature sweetness from the oatmilk. And it is no additional sugar in it(good for the kid too!!!)

「夏季飲：芒果燕麥奶果昔/冰棒」
這一兩週被臺灣家人的「#芒果富翁」照片燒到不行，真的好想念臺灣的水果啊！在英國的我被遐到了，行動力十足的帶著我兒，一起去超市拎幾顆可以現殺的墨西哥芒果回家。
想著後天便要出門露營去，水果趕快殺一殺才是。切了兩顆新鮮的給兒子，再和他一起準備果昔給另一半！
約一顆半芒果果肉、幾顆冰塊和200ml的 #小人物低脂燕麥奶，用 @magimixtaiwan 食物處理機，咻咻咻的攪打成泥即可！
晚飯後給老公來一杯，吸里呼嚕的喝下肚，真的是夏夜裡最舒心的事！
另外一部分則是倒進冰棒模裡做成冰棒，打算週末烤肉活動時，再拿出來跟兒子共享！
