Yeah‼️ This weekend #mylittleniece & Sienny Yong aka Siennylovesdrawing 👩🏻👶🏻 had fun creating 4️⃣ simple #nutrition snacks/ meals with her favourite 💗 #KokoKrunch from Nestlé by adding her 👶🏻 favourite #fruits 🍇🍓🍊, as well as the fruit she likes less (Shh...It's banana 🍌 ), not just that she also use base for her little niece like less food items ie. Her favourite (1️⃣st item) is "Dolphin 🐬 Fruits Koko Krunch Cup". What Sienny did is she told little niece, "Dolphin (banana) loves Koko Krunch" & she 👶🏻👀 can see that the dolphin actually bites a Koko Krunch in her mouth (Rostrum)

That actually makes her little niece finish the whole cup with banana 🍌 as her last fruit to chew 😀 Hurray‼️ Her simple trick works & her little niece now eats bananas because of dolphins, 1 of her favourite aquatic #animals. This cereal cup can be enjoyed by little ones just as it is, ie. Chewing the Koko Krunch & the fruits interchangeably or add in fresh milk 🥛 , cultured milk or yogurt 🍦 or ice cream 🍨(Any flavours) as #breakfast or anytime #snacks during the day

#siennylovesdrawing knows #food picking habits with kids always a headache concern for many #parents & #guardians, not to worry, just a little #creative + a little trick, your kid will then slowly #eating those he/ she likes less #foods as we guiding them 😀 It's a journey, it may be a success or a failure, nevermind happy trying, if it works, your kid gains #healthier eating habits 💪🏻🙌🏻

This workout challenges both the arms and ab muscles in one quick and effective routine. All you need is a set of light-weight dumbbells, or even just a pair of water bottles. We’re going to end the workout with a core focused cardio blast. It's not going to be easy, but I know you can do it!
Duration: 25 minutes
Sequence: x3 Circuits (45 secs Work - 15 secs Rest)

- HIIT Upper & Lower Planks
- HIIT Yoga Pushups
- HIIT Dolphin Pushups
- HIIT Downward Dog Leg Swings
- Deep Stretches
Total Workout Time: 25 minutes
Best Results: Do this sequence 3 - 4 times weekly for a deep stretch and to tone the arms!

♥ Joanna is a certified Personal Trainer (ACE), Women’s Fitness Specialist (NASM) and Nutrition Coach (VN).
This is a total body workout to do first thing in the morning! They are low impact so you can do them in your pyjamas (without any undies on!) I offered beginners and also advance version if you feel like challenging yourself. =)
Exercises
1) Kneel to Squat Pulses
2) Alternate Lunge Touch Down
3) Plank Hop to Push-up
4) Plank Jacks
5) Dolphin Plank
6) Groiners
7) Half V to Knee Tucks
Sequence: 14 Intervals (45secs Workout - 15secs Rest)
Total Time: 15 minutes (2 sets)
1 minute rest in between sets
Best Results: Do this workout daily to kickstart your day! If you keep it consistent, you will see results - lose weight & tone up. Remember to include total body strength training and also cardio exercises.
To progress:
- Perform 3-4 sets.
- Lift some weights to make the exercises tougher
- Choose the advance version
