1️⃣ Drop sets are one of the advanced methods of Hypertrophy.
Drop sets are for the SIZE.
2️⃣ Don’t do Drop Sets every session.
Use it if you need it.
3️⃣ Do Drop Sets of the last set only. Your goal is to make the muscle group fatigued.
Push yourself to failure.
4️⃣ You are NOT going to do Heavy squat after Leg Press with drop sets.
5️⃣ Make sure your keep the quality work when you’re doing the Drop Set - controlled tempo, keep the tension on the targeted muscle group, and perform with the prefect form.
Never cut the range of motion.

When you start living up with your own desire... You know like start doing things that what you always wanted to do, start saying "No" to things you don't want, starting a new lifestyle, or going the extra miles in anything in life.

No doubt some people around you will find you "weird" and label you as "that weird kid who doesn't belong to our group and that's why he's eating alone."
.
I remember when I stop going to the club, stop drinking alcohol and decided not to hangout with those friends who will spend 90% of their time with their phone when we're out. I start hitting to the gym 5-7 times a week and start eating healthier... Friends start labelling me as "weird", "not normal" and convince me to stop being harsh to myself and live that "yolo" life. Well, as my friends I understood where they came from and I never blame them.

But not only friends, but the people in the gym too. Back then whenever I'm doing my Supersets/Dropsets training in the gym (#ironmastery style https://ironmastery.com)... People in the gym be like "why so serious?" 👈 I srsly LMAO'ed when I get this... C'mon you're in the gym, isn't this place for everyone to get serious and train? this is not a f*cking club and stop trying to be social butterfly.

Lesson. Don't stop going the extra mile just because of some people start labelling you as "not normal" or "weird".
At the end of the day, it's your journey not others, and it's never for others to understand yours.

Back then if I took any of their opinions and advices seriously, today I will never be that shirtless guy who post workout videos online, and I think I will still be that office guy doing some Admin/IT work fulltime.

PS. Not saying that you must be that serious anti-social @s$h0le 24/7, but if you got a goal to commit, you gotta stand firm in your own ground and go for it! So stand firm! Be unshakeable just like the great Pyramids!
