Lately, I have been into posting workout videos, and I just want to thank #MILOProteinUp for the super fun challenge and giving me that extra push to hit my goals. I've been pairing my workout with MILO Protein Up because it contains 13g of protein which is equivalent to two eggs and helps muscle recovery. Working out is fun, so let's workout together!

| Abs Routine |
Do 3 sets of:
1️⃣Russian twist x 20 reps
2️⃣Crunches x 20 reps
3️⃣Leg Raise x 20 reps
4️⃣Planking x 30 seconds
| H.I.I.T. Routine |
Do 3 sets of:
1️⃣Mountain Climbers x 15 seconds
?Rest x 10 seconds
2️⃣High Knees x 15 seconds
?Rest x 10 seconds
3️⃣Up & Down Plank x 15 seconds

Bahan - bahan :
1 bungkus atau 25 gram agar-agar tali
6 cawan atau 1200ml air
1 tin susu cair
3/4 cawan gula (nak letak 1/2 cawan pun ok)
1 cawan serbuk milo (nak letak lebih pun ok)
2 sudu besar serbuk koko
1/2 sudu teh garam halus
2 helai daun pandan
