特點:以柔和的姿勢進行,引導有意識地呼吸以舒緩身心壓力,為更健康的身體創造更好的身體意識,並幫助增強你對每個姿勢的自信、找到自己愉快的練習節奏。
Gentle Yoga bases on gentle yoga asanas in which coordinated breathing helps soothe stress and build better body awareness. It increases confidence on asanas and helps finding one own's practice rhythm.

適合族群:一般大眾、上過幾堂課有些瑜珈基礎者
Suitable for everyone and yoga beginners who have taken yoga classes before.
特點:運用體位法與呼吸之間流暢延續的節奏,達到身心靈平衡。本課程重點介紹基礎到中級姿勢的基本原理,著重安全對齊、注意呼吸品質,並協助逐步發展更大的靈活性、力量與平衡。
Flow uses yoga asanas and breathing to create a rhythmic continuous movement. It incorporates basic and intermediate yoga asanas, focuses on alignment principles, breathing quality. Practicing flow helps develop strength, flexibility and balance.
