未來新興職業 (中)
前篇分享了未來兩種以人為本的職業,作為未來 Personal Assistant (PA) 的轉型。以下兩項則是未來營養師 (Nutritionist)和個人財務顧問 (Financial Advisor) 的轉型。
Artificial Intelligence Health Consultant
在未來,Nutritionist 和 Personal Trainer 將會結合科技成為 AI Health Consultant,透過大數據分析個人的生活習慣、職業、基因、家族遺傳學等因素,從而協助個人改善健康。當中包括預測潛在的健康風險 (Health Risk),在生活習慣、運動上提出針對性的建議,提出在吸收補充品、營養上的建議。
除了傳統中、西醫的治療外,更普遍地應用 21 世紀新穎的功能性醫學(Functional Medicine)概念在治療、預防疾病上。而 AI Health Consultant 將作為中立的健康顧問,並不會受聘於某醫療機構而出現利益衝突的問題,以為客人健康作為最大的考慮因素,由客人直接聘用。亦擔當著 Health Broker 的角色,在市面上為客戶進行健康採購 (Health Procurement),包括食品、補充品、醫療方案、Fitness 等等。
Financial Wellness Coach
除了個人健康外,財政健康將會成會未來的聚焦。與 AI Health Consultant 相類似,Financial Wellness Coach 並非受聘於任何一家金融機構以透過轉售金融產品而得到收益,反而透過為個人/家庭成功增值財富而從中得到 incentive。
在金融用語而言,即發展出平民化的 Family Office (FO) - 根據該個人、家庭的需要而為其提供獨立的意見 (Independant Opinion),為客戶分析市面上不同資產管理產品的優劣,亦因應家庭成員中各人在不同階段上的需要提供幫助 (如:投資外幣以供客戶子女海外升學)。
在這個未來趨勢下,將會取代現今銀行中的 RM (Relationship Manager) 和保險公司的 Agent。科技令資訊流動性大大提高,Financial Wellness Coach 可作為客戶的委託與各金融機構達成交易,亦省卻中間人的 agency fee。
由於上述兩項職業都會提供獨立性的意見,需要持有多項專業資格才能勝任,反而大學學位的重要性將會降低。同時,亦預計有獨立機構會成立以發牌制度進行監管。

Post Covid: How to Get Back in Shape (4 Weeks Exercise Guide) | Joanna Soh
This video is meant to offer you a guideline on how you can get back into exercising after Covid-19, for those who have had mild to moderate symptoms. While exercise is important for your health and recovery journey, it is also essential to AVOID pushing yourself too far. Doing so could slow down your recovery or cause your symptoms to worsen by increasing the levels of inflammation in the body. So listen to your body, take it slow, and follow these 4 phrases by gradually reintroducing exercise into your routine.
If at all you have any concerns, ALWAYS refer to a health care professional for advice.

What is functional training? It is a form of training that works your whole body as one unit through compound exercises to build strength and muscle in a functional and balanced way. Including functional training into your routine is extremely important to improve your ability to perform the everyday activities, and to make daily motion easier and safer.
Here’s a 30-minute workout circuit to improve your strength, balance, coordination and also stamina! We'll be engaging our CORE throughout the entire workout as that's the foundation to a strong body. No equipment needed, just your own bodyweight. It's also LOW IMPACT, hence no jumping.
