Salam semua.... Lepas masuk tahun 2015 makin merundum kerajinan cik kuali utk memasak...Lama betul cik kuali tak update....Resepi terakhir cik kuali update bulan Nov 2014.....Sorry semua...Harap lepas ni kerajinan utk memasak & kongsi resepi ngn uolls makin bertambah....Hari ni cik kuali nak share resepi yg mungkin jarang-jarang kita masak tapi sedap bila makan sekali sekala....Biasanya rendang kita guna ayam, daging & kerang, kali ini cik kuali guna udang.... Kebetulan pulak Encik D memancing udang minggu lepas, hasil tangkapan pulak sgt meriah...terus cik kuali rajin nak cuba masak rendang udang...
Bahan-bahannya:-
700grm udang galah (nak guna udang lain pun boleh) - dibersihkan
2 helai daun kunyit (jika daun besar guna 1 helai pun ok) - dihiris halus
4 helai daun limau purut
2 keping asam keping / asam gelugor
4 sudu besar kerisik
Santan (1 biji kelapa akan dapat lebih kurang 1 setengah cawan santan)
4 sudu besar cili kisar / cili boh (jika ingin pedas boleh tambah lagi)
Garam & gula secukupnya
Bahan kisar
2 biji bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
5 ulas bawang merah
4 batang serai
1 inci kunyit hidup (cik kuali guna serbuk kunyit)
3 inci halia
1 inci lengkuas
Cara Membuatnya:-
Udang dibersihkan. Cik kuali guntingkan sedikit muncung depannya & dicuci bersih. Ketepikan seketika udang.
Kisarkan semua bahan-bahan kisar hingga halus.
Panaskan minyak dalam kuali . Tumiskan bahan-bahan yang telah dikisar & cili boh hingga naik bau / pecah minyak.
Tambahkan santan, asam keping, daun limau purut, kerisik, garam & gula secukup rasa. Masakkan kesemuanya dengan api sederhana.
Bila sudah mendidih masukkan udang. Kacau hingga sebati semuanya. Akhir sekali taburkan hirisan daun kunyit.
Rasa & masak hingga kuah agak pekat. Cik kuali suka berkuah sedikit tidak terlalu pekat sangat. Terpulang pada kehendak masing-masing.

Greetings everyone.... After entering 2015 I'm going to have a lot of crafts to cook... It's been a long time since I didn't update.... The last recipe of Miss Wok will update on November 2014..... Sorry everyone... This is the craft to cook & share the recipe with you all is increasing.... Today miss wok wants to share the recipe that we can rarely cook but it's delicious when we eat once in a while.... Usually rendang we use chicken, meat & clams, this time miss Wok using shrimp.... Coincidentally Mr. D fishing shrimp last week, the catch was very festive... immediately miss wok wanted to try to cook shrimp rendang...
The ingredients :-
700 grams of lobster (can use other shrimps too) - cleaned
2 pieces of turmeric leaves (if a large leaf uses 1 pieces, it's okay) - smooth sliced
4 pieces of purut lime leaves
2 pieces of sour pieces / asam gelugor
4 tablespoons of kerisik
Coconut milk (1 coconut milk will get about 1 and a half cup of coconut milk)
4 tablespoons of grind chili / chili (if you want to be spicy you can add more)
Salt & sugar is enough
Grind ingredients
2 big onions
3 review of garlic
5 review of red onion
4 sticks of lemongrass
1 inches of turmeric life (miss wok uses turmeric powder)
3 inches of ginger
1 inches of galangal
How to Make it :-
Shrimp cleaned. Miss wok scissors some front pout & cleaned. Put aside shrimp for a while.
Blend all the ingredients to smooth.
Heat up the oil in the pan. Stir-fry the ingredients that have been blended & chili until the smell / oil breaks.
Add coconut milk, sour pieces, lime leaves, kerisik, salt & sugar taste. Cook everything with a simple fire.
When it's boiling, put in shrimp. Stir it all up. Finally spread a slice of turmeric leaves.
Taste & cook until the gravy is quite thick. Miss wok loves broth a little not too thick. It's up to each other's will.

Pisang pilihan anda sama ada Nipah,Abu,Nangka atau Tanduk
Sebekas besar air
1 genggam garam kasar
Minyak untuk menggoreng secukupnya
300 gram gula aising
50 gram garam kisar
Gula aising dicampur bersama dengan garam kisar dan dikacau sebati. Sukatan adalah ikut kepada selera anda. Kalau tak nak letak garam pun takpe, kalau nak masin sikit pun ikut pilihan anda juga.
Cara Penyediaan Resepi Kerepek Pisang Istimewa :
#1: Pakai sarung tangan dan kupas pisang. Siap kupas terus rendam dalam air garam biar kena sepenuhnya untuk elak proses oksida berlaku yang sebabkan warna pisang bertukar menjadi lebam.
Sambil tu panaskan minyak dalam kuali .Guna minyak yang banyak.
#2: Pisang yang terendam tadi ambil dan sagat nipis ke dalam bekas.Buat untuk 3-4 biji pisang sahaja bergantung pada saiz kuali yang anda gunakan. Bila dah siap sagat, terus masuk semua kepingan pisang dan kacau laju dalam kuali untuk elak melekat. Goreng dengan api sederhana besar.

Here is the French Pineapple Jam With Vanilla & Rum Recipe
☞ Jam Container is 500ml
✎ Ingredients
pineapple 500g, remove the skin and core
rum 50ml
sugar 375g
vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon (or a stick of vanilla bean)
lemon 1
✎ Instructions
1. Cut the pineapple in half through the center, and then cut into 3 for each half. Remove the core.
2. To use a sticker or a small knife, remove the pineapple seeds to make a perfect texture and taste.
3. Slice the pineapple into 2~3mm thick. Weigh out 500 grams of pulp.
4. Place pineapple slices into a saucepan, add the sugar, vanilla extract, then squeeze a lemon juice.
5. Cook on medium heat, stirring frequently, until the pineapple mixture simmers slightly for a few minutes.
6. Pour the pineapple mixture into a large bowl, cover with parchment and let cool. Then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
7. Next day, pour the mixture into the saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir frequently and skim any scum that rises to the surface. After boiling, continue to cook for 8~10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
8. When the fruit and liquid cook to the gel point, or until 105C, add the Rum and continue to cook for 3 minutes.
9. Once cooked, pour the jam into sterilized containers. Place lids and seal. Turning the jars upside down. Let cool and place in the refrigerator.

豆乳明太クリームパスタ
2人分
材料:
スパゲッティ 160g
明太子(薄皮を除いてほぐす) 60g
しめじ(ほぐす) 50g
にんにく(みじん切り) 1片
オリーブオイル 大さじ1
調整豆乳 300ml
バター 20g
しょうゆ 小さじ1
刻みのり 適量
大葉(千切り) 適量
作り方:
1. 鍋にたっぷりの湯を沸かして塩を溶かし(湯1ℓに対して塩10gが目安)、スパゲッティを袋の表記時間より1分短く茹でる。茹で上がったらザルに上げる。
2. フライパンにオリーブオイル、にんにくを入れて弱火にかけ、香りが立ってきたらしめじを加えて炒める。
3. しんなりしたら豆乳を加え、かき混ぜながら温める。(沸騰すると分離する恐れがあるので弱火〜中火でゆっくり温める。)
4. (1)を加え、明太子、バター、しょうゆを加えてよく混ぜ合わせる。
5. 皿に盛り、刻みのり、大葉をのせたら、完成!

PREPARATION
1. In well salted water, cook the spaghetti the for one minute less of what indicated in the package. Once cooked strain with a colander.
2. Pour the olive oil and garlic in a frying pan and heat over low heat. When the garlic becomes aromatic add the shimeji mushrooms.
3. Once the mushrooms get tender, add the soy milk and warm while stirring. (Because the soy milk may separate when boiling, heat slowly over low to medium heat.)
4. Add (1), mentaiko, butter, soy sauce, and mix well.
5. Plate the pasta, top with seaweed and shiso leaf, and it's done!
6. Enjoy!
