【所需食材】
❇️一片好市多紅龍純牛肉漢堡片(可以網購)
❇️卡宴辣椒粉
❇️黑胡椒
❇️亨氏黃芥末醬+0卡甜菊液2-3滴
❇️蛋一顆
❇️一個漢堡包
❇️小松菜葉
❇️牛番茄切片兩片
【作法】
1.把兩匙黃芥末醬與黑胡椒、蒜末混合,添加0卡甜菊液,連結在首頁
2.把漢堡麵包剖半,放入氣炸烤箱180度烤約3-5分鐘,成表面金黃。
3.熱萬用鍋,調成煎烤模式,下蒜末&好市多冷凍紅龍純牛肉漢堡排(不用解凍),一面煎五分鐘,翻面再煎五~七分鐘
4.打一顆蛋到鍋中,和牛肉漢堡排一起煎,到肉排兩面都微焦熟透,半熟蛋,蛋白凝固,蛋黃半熟
5.拿一個乾淨的盤子,將烤好的漢堡麵包兩面都刷上芥末醬
6.放上生菜、漢堡排、牛番茄切片、半熟蛋,最後放上漢堡麵包(也可以額外添加茄醬)
7.即可開動想用簡單又美味的手作健康半熟蛋牛肉漢堡!:)

因為餐廳煮得太油膩
自己煮好食又健康😀
有一次試過中東薑黃飯配乳酪
原來熱辣辣香料飯配冷凍微酸乳酪
是如此美味,又互補不足
印度烤雞也用乳酪醃製
入口肉質柔嫩多汁,一口雞肉搭配一口薑黃飯,實在太爽YY😂🤣
以無糖希臘乳酪煮食好處多多,除了讓菜餚更加濕潤酸香清爽開胃,又能緩和辛辣刺激。醃肉時加入少許酸性食材,除了提味去腥,也能幫助軟化肉質,加熱之後的肉質保持鮮嫩可口。
薑黃飯用印度香米Basmati Rice來製作
形狀細長的長梗米,黏性低,口感蓬鬆乾爽、粒粒分明,很容易吸附醬汁
印度烤雞串
材料
* 500g 雞胸肉或雞腿肉
* 1/4 顆 紅洋蔥,切成約2公分方片
* 1/2 杯 希臘式無糖原味優格 plain greek yogurt
* 1 大匙 橄欖油
* 1 大匙 檸檬汁
* 1 小匙 匈牙利紅椒粉 paprika*
* 1/4 小匙 孜然粉 ground cumin*
* 1/4 小匙 肉桂粉 ground cinnamon*
* 1/4 小匙 薑黃粉 ground turmeric*
* 1/4~1/2 小匙 辣椒粉 cayenne pepper(依喜好調整)
* 2 瓣 蒜頭,磨泥
* 1/2 小匙 薑,磨泥
* 適量 鹽及胡椒
※ 以上香料可用等量印度傳統綜合香料Garam Masala或市售咖哩粉代替
將雞肉塊均勻裹上乳酪醃醬,覆上保鮮膜冷藏醃漬至少2個小時或隔夜
或在已預熱400℉/200℃的烤箱中烤15~20分鐘至雞肉全熟
中東薑黃飯 Turmeric Rice
材料
* 3/4 杯(約1杯量米杯)印度香米 basmati rice*
* 2 大匙 牛油
* 1/4 杯 洋蔥,切碎
* 1/4 小匙 孜然粉 ground cumin
* 1/4 小匙 肉桂粉 ground cinnamon
* 1/4 小匙 薑黃粉 ground turmeric
* 1 瓣 蒜頭,切末
* 1杯又2大匙 (約1 1/2 杯量米杯)水或雞高湯*
* 1/4 杯 水果乾(我使用葡萄乾與切碎的杏桃乾)
* 2 大匙 烘烤過的杏仁片
* 適量 新鮮芫荽
* 適量 鹽及研磨胡椒
1. 將印度香米淘水洗淨瀝乾,洋蔥切小丁,蒜頭與芫荽
2. 取一小湯鍋以中火融化牛油,加入洋蔥丁拌炒2~3分鐘至透明軟化
3. 加入孜然、肉桂、薑黃與蒜末拌炒15秒至聞到香味
4. 放入米粒,翻炒至每粒米都裹上牛油及香料
5. 加進水或雞湯煮滾後,加蓋轉小火悶煮16~18分鐘至米心煮透

I think more and more people are aware of the health issue due to the Coronavirus. So I want to share some nutritious, immune-boosting meal ideas with you. They are Berry Smoothie Bowl, Tahini Salad, and Thai Yellow Curry.
All of them got some good ingredients to boost the immune system to support health, such as ginger, turmeric, garlic, berries, and different vegetables.

聖誕節就是下週了,來吃聖誕百果派吧! 當然是全素的 (▼ open ▼)
Christmas is next week, so let's have some Mince Pies, shall we? Vegan version, of course.
Mince Pies are traditionally served at Christmas. They are filled with a mixture of dried fruits and spices. I've kept it really simple, spiced with only cinnamon and ground ginger. In terms of fruit, I also add some apples because I love them so much!
The pies are also made with an oaty crust that is gluten-free. So if you got friends who are sensitive to gluten, these pies will not leave your friends behind.

聖誕百果派是英國的傳統聖誕節小甜派,內餡是由不同果乾與香料組合而成。我有簡化了它,香料部份僅使用肉桂粉和薑粉;水果的部份除了果乾,還多加了蘋果,因為我深愛它們!
這個派的派皮主要由燕麥粉和杏仁粉組成,沒有使用小麥麵粉,所以如果你有朋友對小麥過敏的話,也能一同享用這個美味的聖誕小甜派。
