Cooked up my favorite Saba Shio Bowl today using Hamadaya which brings me right back to Japan! Their Seasoning Soy Sauce and Oyster Essence have complex flavours - it has this fermented and deep smokey flavor to them.

These premium sauces are super versatile. I love using them for my saba marinate or as dipping sauces with my gyoza 😍 I cook the simplest dishes with them and it always turns out SO GOOD! It’s not a surprise that they are an award winning sauce this year 😱

You can get them at your nearest AEON Supermarket, Village Grocer or on Shopee & Lazada. And since 12.12 is coming real soon, you can get the limited edition combo sauces for only RM19.80! Hamadaya also has two other sauces - the Japanese Reduced Salt Soy Sauce and the Japanese Soy Sauce which is right up my alley. 我係晴報嘅酒專欄-「光影盛宴伴美酒佳餚」
海洋公園剛推出嶄新夜間綜合娛樂體驗「光影盛夜」多媒體光雕投影匯演，結合光雕投影、原創音樂、舞蹈，以及火焰、煙霧和水幕噴泉等原素，視覺效果相當突出，十分有驚喜。看完之後去了園內的海龍王餐廳，對著我喜愛的水族館與鯊魚及魔鬼魚等一同吃飯，試了由名廚屈浩大師以擁有逾 200 年歷史的日本頂級濱田醬油作骨幹創作的「古法珍餚嚐味套餐」，包括6道菜式，餐廳更不收開瓶費，實在是愛酒之人的喜訊！🥳🎉🍷🥂香港只得這一個大型水族館，希望可以繼續陪住我哋一齊成長！
