Although some people believe that training biceps directly is unnecessary if you do heavy compounds (true to some extent), I definitely think that it can only benefit you to work them in isolation a few times a week. These are my TOP 5 tips for training biceps! 💪🏼💪🏼

✔️ Incorporate a combination of both open faced (for the peak) and hammer style movements (for thickness).
✔️ Use a weight that you can control! (no point in using a heavy weight and just swaying your body to get it up as you’ll only increase your risk of injury).
✔️ Don’t grip the weights too tightly (try not to wrap your thumbs around the bar so that your forearms don’t take over).
✔️ Use a full range of motion!
✔️ Squeeze at the top of each rep!
