🌱 #Vegetarian Me cooking a #Jjapaguri / #Chapaguri, #짜파구리 ( Ram-Don ) inspired from the Award Winning Korean movie 'Parasite', which is a paradox in itself as it is meant to bridge the gap between the poor Social class as a mix of 2 Instant Noodles vs the Rich Elites who can afford the Best Korean Beef.. The High-end Version uses marbled Korean Hanwoo Beef #한우 , which is the equivalent of Japanese #Wagyu #和牛, or us in China also has the Equivalent Beef too, just less sellable as the Japanese version. My Version tonight, uses a Vegetarian Beef equivalent as a substitute 🌱. I actually thought this recipe can work better, both as a Taste test and also to be more Meaningful to its origin of intent, even if it doesn't work out that much Cheaper though 😭 in costs.. But who cares 😮 I mean, I also have Wagyu Beef or occasionally Hanwoo Beef in my Fridge too, I can save those for another occassion later 😋 ..
