「靜」不只是「沒有聲音」，而是一個心境，是一個越長大，越在喧嘩世情中容易失去的東西。
每晚躺在床上想睡覺時，閉著眼睛還是看到和聽到世界，腦海停不下來。多渴望找回心裡的平靜，進入「靜」的夢境。
「聲之靜」是一首音頻治療單曲，在同時執業音樂治療師的陳明憙把曾治療過自己失眠的音叉頻率首次錄進歌曲裡，與Cousin Fung和林若寧共同創造了一個音頻夢境，和同樣失眠的城市人分享這自然療法的舒緩。音頻治療的原理其實是讓人的身心“調音”，調到一個健康的頻率，那就是最接近大自然的頻率。
大自然一直在用她的能量擁抱著我們，我們只要站在樹下，抬起頭深呼吸，就能感受她獨有的頻率帶領我們找回與她的共鳴，回歸每個人都有的「靜」。

As a certified Sound Healing practitioner, Jocelyn records a Tuning Forks healing protocol she once used to relieve her own insomnia into this single, merging Sound Healing with Cantopop, a first of its kind.
