Happy International Chef’s Day!
朋友上週轉了很暖的網路圖來：一個廚師坐在廚房垃圾桶上吃員餐，標題寫：他們每天做菜給上百人吃，自己的晚餐卻是抽空在廚房角落胡亂吞下，有空關心一下你的廚師朋友吧。
其他還有：上班族與廚師的作息比較，人家歡慶吃飯時，廚師在工作；人家睡覺時，他才剛下班在吃宵夜。
行業自己選的嘛，久了也不覺有什麼，只是雪沃 @chefworks_taiwan 打來祝我廚師節快樂時，還是有點感動。
本來也想祝同事們廚師節快樂的，最終還是在廚房裡罵人收場（汗）。
各位廚師們廚師節快樂，下班收完廚房，自己拍拍自己肩膀，這一路走來辛苦了，喝一杯慰勞自己一下吧。（哪一天不是這樣收尾呢）

Happy International Chefs’ Day to all chefs, cooks, trainees, apprentices and students! We belong to a universal family who share a common passion of food that transgresses and respects all boundaries of nationality, religion, race, gender and language.
Earlier this year, while co-hosting the Asian Pastry Cup, I had the pleasure of meeting a legendary pastry chef who has founded and innovated several pastry and ice-cream techniques. He has also founded the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie, known as the biennial World Pastry Cup held in Lyon. The one and only, Chef Gabriel Paillasson! Please excuse my super excited and cramped face 😂

This is why I love what I do. Thank you Nestlé for having me. I'm incredibly honoured and humbled to celebrate International Chefs Day with 30 chefs and 180 children. Together, we made more than 180 Art On A Plate with children from Trinity Kids Malaysia, Victory Academy, Yayasan Chow Kit and Pusat Jagaan Lambaian Kasih.
