I know of people who choose to eat less healthy food because they want to "save" their calories and spend it on indulging in junk foods. It doesn't work that way because just know this, NOT ALL CALORIES ARE EQUAL. 😐

Even if you eat less calories but it consists mainly of junks compared to someone who eats MORE calories but it comes from whole foods, trust me, the other person would appear slimmer, healthier & stronger. 💪🏼

Practice moderation. Try cutting down on fried, fatty, processed food and eat more ANTI-inflammatory food. You'll see and feel the difference in just one week. 😉

If you've been following my videos, you'll know that I'm against extreme dieting or eating too little calories because what you might not realise is that you're actually causing damage to your body long term. Yes, you may lose weight when you eat very little and have a flat belly temporarily, but once you resume to normal healthy eating, out of the sudden, your body packs on fat & weight so easily! 😱

What you've done to your body is that you've increased its FAT STORING potential long term! So if you want to be able to maintain a flat belly for good without having a "deadline", eat enough good food to fuel your body. 🍎🍆

Remember FOOD is FUEL. Food isn't your enemy and you shouldn't be afraid of it. Not all calories are equal. It's not about eating little, it's about choosing the RIGHT calories.
