Tips blender..

Saya ada 1 je jag blender. inilah jag untuk blend bawang / cili / blend air buah / blend adunan kek jugak.

Dan setiap kali lepas guna, saya akan cuci dengan soda bikarbonat + garam + sabun pencuci pinggan. blendkan semua bahan ni. cuci bersih.

Segala bau semua hilang ye. Dan garam tu jugak befungsi untuk menajamkan lagi pisau blender tu.

Ada yang buat macam saya jugak tak ?

Garam tu garam kasar ye.
Soda bikarbonat, soda yang kita guna buat masak tu.

Sukatan : 2 sudu soda bikarbonat + 2 sudu garam kasar + pencuci pinggan ( ni agak2 je ) + air 2 cawan

Air blend tu nanti saya akan guna untuk cuci pinggan mangkuk. dan hasilnye pinggan mangkuk akan lebih bersih.

Blender tips..

I have only 1 jag blender. This is the jag to blend onions / chili / blend in fruit water / blend in cake mix too

And every time I use it, I'll wash it with bicarbonate soda + salt + dishwasher. blend all these ingredients. clean clean.

All the smell is gone. And the salt also works to lash the blender knife.

Did anyone do like me too?

Bicarbonate soda, soda we use to cook.

Measurement: 2 tablespoon of bicarbonate soda + 2 teaspoon of rough salt + dishwasher (this is just for sure) + 2

I will use the water blend to clean the dishes. and the result of the dishes will be cleaner.

Resepi Cakoi Lembut & Gebu | Soft & Fluffy Chinese Breadstick Recipe

Bahan-Bahan

2/3 cwn air suam

1 sk yis

2 sb gula

2 cwn tepung gandum

1 1/2 sb minyak jagung

1 sk garam


Nota: Resepi ini untuk hidangan 2-3 orang.


Cara memasak

1. Campurkan air suam, gula dan yis ke dalam satu mangkuk dan biarkan sehingga yis berbuih dan mengembang.

2. Di dalam satu mangkuk besar, campurkan tepung gandum, minyak jagung dan garam.

3. Kemudian, masukkan campuran yis tadi ke dalam mangkuk adunan tepung gandum.

4. Gaul dan uli adunan sehingga menjadi doh. Sekiranya doh masih kering, tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit.

5. Setelah doh siap diuli, biarkan doh mengembang di dalam mangkuk sehingga saiznya menjadi dua kali ganda lebih besar.

6. Kemudian, buangkan angin dalam doh dengan menekan doh tersebut.

7. Leperkan doh menggunakan penggelek. Pastikan tidak terlalu nipis.

8. Potongkan doh kepada beberapa bahagian lebih kecil. Ambil lidi atau pisau plastik yang dibasahkan, tekan bahagian tengah doh dan lapiskan dengan potongan doh lain.

9. Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali. Tarik sedikit potongan doh cakoi sebelum dimasukkan ke dalam minyak panas.

10. Gorengkan cakoi sehingga bertukar warna keperangan.

11. Cakoi lembut dan gebu siap untuk dinikmati.

Ingredients 

2/3 cup of warm water

1 tsp of yeast

2 tbsp of sugar

2 cups of all-purpose flour

1 1/2 tbsp of corn oil

1 tsp of salt


Cooking methods

1. Mix warm water, sugar and yeast into a bowl and let it forms foam on surface and rise.

2. In a big bowl, mix all-purpose flour, corn oil and salt together.

3. Then, add yeast that has risen into the flour mixture.

4. Mix and knead the mixture until it becomes dough. If dough is too dry, add water gradually.

5. Once it is done, let the dough rise until it becomes two times bigger.

6. Next, eliminate air inside dough by press it.

7. Flatten the dough using rolling pin. Make sure the dough is not too thin.

8. Cut the dough into small size. Take skewer or plastic knife that has been dipped in water, line and press in the middle of the dough and  put another strip of dough on top of it.

9. Heat up cooking oil in pan. Stretch the dough before lower it into hot oil.

10. Deep fry the Chinese breadstick until it turns golden brown.

11. Soft and fluffy Chinese breadstick is ready to be served.
