I’ve been doing and filming home workouts for many years and I know how effective it can be despite having limited equipment. YES, if you keep it consistent, you can lose weight and lean up at home! 😎

I love the workouts on Fio because the instructors are super fun and motivating, they are creative with the workouts using only very minimal equipments and the workouts are extremely effective.

昔太っている時、キックボクシングジム行ってました。
でも、人にキックやパンチすることに抵抗があったから人とは戦っていませんw
いつもサンドバックを叩いてました!
あとミット打ち?は楽しかったな(*´▽`*)
ジムのブログに自分の後ろ姿が映っていて、運動してなさそうな丸まると太った自分を見て恥ずかしいやら悲しいやらで…w
こんなに背中丸いんだ。後ろから見て太ってるってわかるじゃん(泣)って忘れられません。
後ろ姿って年齢が出ますね。

Post Covid: How to Get Back in Shape (4 Weeks Exercise Guide) | Joanna Soh
This video is meant to offer you a guideline on how you can get back into exercising after Covid-19, for those who have had mild to moderate symptoms. While exercise is important for your health and recovery journey, it is also essential to AVOID pushing yourself too far. Doing so could slow down your recovery or cause your symptoms to worsen by increasing the levels of inflammation in the body. So listen to your body, take it slow, and follow these 4 phrases by gradually reintroducing exercise into your routine.
If at all you have any concerns, ALWAYS refer to a health care professional for advice.
I’ve included 4 exercises for each week, a total of 4 weeks. Try to exercise at least 3 - 4 times weekly. All the workouts are home-based with minimal equipment.

This is probably the first workout which I struggled to finish!! No joke, it is INTENSE and I felt my core and legs on fire even after the next few days. OMG! You'll be burning lots of calories, build your core strength and tone up! So grab your partner and let’s have fun in this kickboxing partner class because you'll need it to push each other and finish the class strong together! If you don’t have a partner, don’t worry, you can still do this class on your own.
Sequence: 3 circuits focusing on cardio, lower & upper body strength and core
Workout Duration: 36 minutes
