Thực ra sau khi thấy chữ "fusion" thì bọn mình có hi vọng cái gì đó cao siêu hơn 1 tí 😅 Đến lúc đọc menu thì thấy đa phần là đồ chiên rán giòn vs cơm, nhìn hấp dẫn phết nhưng ng ta bảo "fusion" cơ mà 😶
Bọn mình gọi 1 Chiên tổng hợp (tôm, gà, lợn) 170k vs 1 Cơm cá hồi sashimi cùng tôm chiên 180k vs thêm 1 phần trứng trộn 15k (C đoán nó là trứng luộc trộn sốt gì đó ý) nữa.
Nhìn các phần ăn khá bắt mắt, đầy đặn (chòi oi gần 200k bát cơm, ko đầy chắc tui chớt quớt). Đồ chiên ở đây ngon, đậm đà, rán vừa chín tới ko bị khô, sốt đi kèm hợp, salad trộn cũng ngon nữa 😗 Phần trứng trộn gọi thêm ăn khá là thú vị, cái này nên thử nha mn. Kimchi vs đồ muối ăn kèm để giải ngấy cho đồ chiên rất là chuẩn. Phần cơm cá hồi của C lại quá bt, không có gì đặc sắc hết.
Bọn mình thấy đồ ăn ở đây hợp để làm bữa trưa, nhưng mà so vs giá chát xót cả lòng thế thì chưa đủ 😭 Thật sự... Vậy nên bạn nào muốn thử thì nên gọi phần tổng hợp ý, nhiều đồ, xin thêm 1 bát cơm free thì 2 người ăn no mà ko cháy ví.

Actually, after we had seen that "fusion" word, we did expect for something more special about this place 😅 All they had in the menu was just some fried stuffs with rice or noodles, looked nice but... you know... "fusion" 😶
Well, we're there already, so we got a mixed fried food plate (chicken, shrimp, pork) 170k, Salmon sashimi with rice plus a fried shrimp 180k and egg "salad" 15k (I guess it was boiled eggs and some sauce mixed together).
The portion was quite big and look delicious (well, it was almost 200k for a bowl of rice, it better looks good or else 🤨). The fried food in here was crunchy on the outside, juicy and soft on the inside, went pretty perfect with the sauces, nice salad too 😚 That egg "salad" was really interesting, you should try it out. Generous amount of panchan, we like the most the kimchi, spicy & sour, very refreshing after some bites of fried meat. The salmon rice bowl was normal, nothing special to notice.
For us, the food style in here fits for lunch more than dinner, buttttt with that expensive price, we want more than that. @ Nhà hàng Hô Hô - 호호식당

For this video, we went down to Ho Ho Chimek where they assembled a beautiful Bossam platter for me to devour. Ho Ho Chimek is an authentic Korean restaurant located in East Village that specialises in Korean Fried Chicken while also offering a host of other delectable Korean cuisine. For this challenge, I was offered a secret menu Bossam (Korean Pork Belly) option, together with Kimchi Fried Rice and Jajangmyeon Noodles, that were assembled beautifully onto my giant plate.
Bossam is a unique Korean style of eating involving boiled pork belly served with a number of condiments that you then wrap up in a lettuce leaf into a neat little package. For myself, I was given kimchi, garlic, Bibimbap sauce and spring onions. On its own, the pork was reminiscent of char siew, but slightly fattier and sweeter. Eaten with all the condiments in a wrap, the flavours truly complemented one another with the kimchi and garlic tempering the cloying flavour of the pork together with the satisfying crunch of the lettuce.
The Kimchi Fried Rice was topped with fried eggs and had the distinct tangy flavour from the kimchi juice added. It was specked with kimchi and chicken luncheon meat, with the meat adding a needed savoury dimension with each bite. The Jajangmyeon noodles, a noodle dish topped with a thick black bean sauce and bits of pork, was not overpowering in the slightest as is common for poorly done Jajangmyeon, with the unique black bean flavour and juicy chunks of pork.
This was an enjoyable challenge with a good bit of variety, although the unctuous pork became rather overwhelming towards the end especially with my refusal to eat it as a wrap. I also tried their famous Korean Fried Chicken which was extremely crispy and flavourful on the outside, while juicy inside. The soy-garlic marinade really shone through. Additionally, the Bossam is apparently not publicised because it is very difficult for the owner’s mother to create, although it is one of their best offerings.
Do visit Ho Ho Chimek to get your Korean cravings satisfied! They will be offering a slightly smaller version of this platter for $68 from this Friday onwards, with the addition of Tofu Stew, and aptly named “OPPA Zermatt’s Platter”.

【そうめんdeピリ辛冷麺】
今日は、そうめんを使って『ピリ辛冷麺』を作りました!
サッパリしてるけれどコチュジャンの旨味とピリ辛さで後をひく美味しさ!どれだけでも食べられそうな勢いで、暑い夏にピッタリの一品!
今回もそうめんはレンジで茹でて、その間にスープを作って、余裕があればゆで卵も作って、ぜひお召しあがりください。
前回は平たい耐熱容器でそうめんを作りましたが質問をいただいたので今回の動画では耐熱ボウルで作らせていただいたのでぜひ参考になりましたら幸いです。
〈材料〉
そうめん 100g
☆水 200cc
☆鶏がらスープの素 小さじ1と1/2
☆めんつゆ 大さじ1(4倍濃縮)
☆ごま油 大さじ1/2
☆酢 小さじ1弱
☆コチュジャン 大さじ1/2
キムチ 茹で卵 刻みネギ 刻み海苔トッピング用

【Spicy cold noodles】
Today, I made some "Spicy cold noodles" using somen!
It's refreshing, but the taste and spiciness of gochujang makes it delicious! It's a product that is perfect for the hot summer with the momentum you can eat!
Again, boil somen in the microwave, make soup in the meantime, and boiled eggs if you can afford it.
Last time, I made somen with a flat heat-resistant container, but I got a question, so I made it with a heat-resistant bowl in this video, so I hope you find it helpful.
〈INGREDIENT〉
Somen 100g
☆ Water 200cc
☆ 1 1/2 teaspoon chicken broth
☆ 1 tbsp Mentsuyu
☆ 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
☆ Vinegar less than 1 teaspoon
☆ 1/2 tbsp gochujang
Kimchi boiled egg chopped leek chopped seaweed for topping
