深夜出爐🍞🍞純天然酸種吐司🍞
😆😆大家記得比個like 我好喔💕💕
經過了12小時低溫發酵後，取出室溫後再經過4小時二發，當看到已漲大了至9成後立即放入已預熱的焗爐內，看著它慢慢的漲大，心中無比的興奮😆😆好比小孩出世（這樣說絕對沒有錯的，每一次製作天然酸種麵包就好比一個小孩一樣）
經過40分鐘的烤焗，再經過1個多小時的放涼後用手大力拉開看到有拉絲心情絕是興奮的☺️☺️切出一片來品嘗，外皮非常脆，內裡非常鬆軟。忍不住跟米生二個人吃掉了1/3 😂😂😂
後記：最後在麵包面上加入了牛油🧈，味道會更美味，但爆口就不美麗喔🤭🤭

用吉他彈奏給妳的一個擁抱 Karencici最深入內心抒情單曲〈thoughtboutu〉
美國新生代音樂人 Keshi相中 取樣製作新歌〈B.Y.S〉
最NOW潮流新女聲Karencici已累積高達千首創作，至今發行多首單曲、一張錄音室專輯及EP，以Hip-Hop及R&B曲風樹立了率性不羈的形象，知名作品有〈傻眼了〉、〈SorryMama!〉、〈ihateyou1000〉等。但這回Karencici反轉既定形象，推出最暖心之作〈thoughtboutu〉，獻給所有孤立無援的妳。
關於〈thoughtboutu〉的創作靈感，Karencici提到：「這首歌一開始是寫給一個我很喜歡、很想保護的人，她非常善良值得被疼愛，但是卻一次次地被這個醜陋的世界傷害。這首歌是想給她的最後一個擁抱。」希望能透過歌曲，告訴所有感到孤單的人：「還有我們在」，接著就以陪伴的心情，順利地完成這首編制簡單卻寓意深刻的歌曲，Karencici回想時更提到：「這首歌像是我注定就要寫出來的感覺。」
正在籌備第二張個人專輯的Karencici，曾提出想和欣賞已久的美國新生代音樂人Keshi合作，為了符合Keshi的風格，毫不猶豫地將這首〈thoughtboutu〉提供給他，而Keshi在聽過Demo後表示這首歌給了他相當多的靈感，希望能取樣〈thoughtboutu〉來另外創作一首歌，因此兩人隔空以歌會友，合作誕生了Keshi的最新單曲〈B.Y.S〉。
