This guy is one of rare breeds of remaining Floating Sampans in Hong Kong still serving this Noodle, it's become kind of elusive so I have to call up the Guy before he steers the boat to the shore to make the trade, remembering that most of his sales are made Sea to Sea.. Historically, this HK & also Macau style Boat Noodle will carry Roast Duck 燒鴨, Pig's Ear 豬耳, BBQ Charsiu Pork 叉燒, Fish & Squid Balls, Duck Gizzard 鴨腎, etc to go with the rice noodles..

Many people have asked me why it doesn't serve pure Seafood noodles since it's on a Sampan on the Sea? 😳🤔 The reason is simple & psychological, because Fishermen 漁民 at Fishing Villages in Hong Kong catch & look at Seafood all day long in their livelihood 👀. They just wanted to eat some Meat on the sampan when this floating store sells to the other Seafood dealers 🙉😄😋😋
