In celebration of #IWD2021 I'd like to honour and recognise the wonderful women I work with, who are the Heads of Departments and Champions of Projects at Team Enfiniti.
They make up about 70% of my squad, whom I know I can count on to hustle hard and win together with. This is a sisterhood, women who help each other shine brightly and are there to support each other without question.
We also have great #maleallies at @Enfinitimy who are absolutely supportive, don't get me wrong. They have never treated any woman in the team as anything less than equal. And together, EVERYONE pulls in their own equal strength to make the magic happen.
