Didn't expect Hougang to have such a concept. Choose your meats at MeatMarket before they are grilled over wood. Prices are reasonable but how does it fare?

I, Lovely Mimi, was craving bone marrow for like... a month now! So I decided to visit the meat market in the country.
For those of you who don't know what bone marrow is, it is the fatty tissue located in the center of the bones. Usual from cows, lambs, caribou, or moose; the ones I bought are from cows. It is a spongy texture and has a buttery taste, which is why bones make for a good ingredient for soup broths.
