Tried new restaurant to celebrate new year! With panoramic Victoria Harbour view, the newly opened Amelia HK is specialized in Italian European cuisine. The owner/executive chef Paulo Airaudo has many 1-star Michelin restaurants in Europe, including Switzerland, Spain & UK, it’s his first branch in HK. With over 100 choices of wine by the glass,there r also many small plates for pairing. Recommended Bone Marrow with bread, 48-month Iberico ham & wild pigeon. As for dessert, rum ice-cream with caviar/banana is so intriguing! Price is reasonable & u can sit outside. HK is so beautiful! Cheers! 😋🍷🥂
