西雅圖凱撒永久健康研究院的資深研究員Daniel Cherkin解釋,正念並不能消除痛苦,但可以幫助人們意識到自己對痛苦的習慣反應。
舉例來說,無論是傾向於反覆思考或是「杞人憂天」,其實都可以學習重新建構對痛苦的看法及其含義。
