大概每個人都有在健身要面對的困難
2018上半年因工作還有各方面的協調
每次運動都像交功課
身體又開始有一點傷患
總是餓著肚子上班
食量不夠 休息也不夠 傷也沒完全好得了 一直拖了大半年
最近開始改變了餐單 吃多一點 加多了一點重量訓練 整個人比之前有力氣了。

要不斷學習改變 才會有所成

One year ago, I was at the stage that grew really fast in my fitness condition. Due to injuries and irregular working time, my workout routine is compensated and I found it hard to step forward. Laziness and excuses hold me back from stepping out of the comfort zone. Last month, I changed my diet and workout program and I felt better strength and energy during my workout finally.
What comes easy wouldn't challenge you. Improvement is what we should looking for.
