喺廚房走，返到屋企攰到攤喉度唔想郁。

其實食完Pithivier，飽到唔想郁都好正常😅

Pithivier係一個法國傳統酥餅（enclosed pie)
兩位大廚繼續喺度整整整，
引我喺呢個時間食咗1/4個，
實在太罪疚。

首先我係好鍾意食牛油，
所以好鍾意食puff pastry。
Pithivier 係指呢種酥餅嘅做法，
但其實佢裏面放咩都得，
可以係King cake ，裡面放cherry，
可以放mushroom，
可以放games （野味）。。。

兩個大廚Olivier同Francky聚埋一齊，
我不停試食佢哋啲手勢，
實在太幸福又太發福！

我成日喺旁邊睇住佢哋，
最唔明係法國佬之間嘅身體語言，
煮咪煮囉，點解要摸住手仔煮呢？

台北│讓你捨不得走。異國美式料理
走進「Ooh Cha Cha」，立馬有一股異國風味，因為創辦人是來自美國加州的，食物偏向美式和墨西哥！(vegan後，莫名其妙愛上墨西哥菜，而且常跟朋友在家裡做捲餅 😋)

這裡的「BBQ墨西哥捲餅」(NT40)，滿滿的菇菇，小小一個，一口把它吃光，爽！特別喜歡「豆腐好炒拼盆」(NT240)，嘩，那個豆腐，怎麼看都是炒蛋啊，吃起來也是炒蛋的味道和口感啊！怎麼會是豆腐呢 🤣 連飲料我也很喜歡，而且你看那顏色，你說，有誰會不喜歡呢

「Ooh Cha Cha」還特別適合聚餐，首先食物一定讓你大開眼界，再來，場地夠大，還有很多桌遊，讓你玩個夠 (我也忍不住玩了一下，捨不得走了 🙈) 對了，這邊拍食物照超美的，每張桌子上都有專業打燈 😂

Taipei │ Reluctant to Leave。Exotic American Cuisine
Entering "Ooh Cha Cha", you will have an exotic feeling immediately, because the founder is from California, and the food is American and Mexican! (After vegan, somehow fell in love with Mexican food, and often make burritos/tacos with friends at home 😋)

The "BBQ Pulled Mushroom Tacos" (NT40) here is full of mushrooms, tiny & cute, eat it all in one bite, it's very refreshing! I especially like the "Tofu Scramble" (NT240). Wow, that tofu, it’s scrambled eggs! Even the taste and texture feel like scrambled eggs! How can it be tofu? 🤣 I also like those drinks, look at the color of the drinks, tell me, who wouldn’t like it?

"Ooh Cha Cha" is also particularly suitable for friends gathering. First of all, the food must be surprisingly delicious. Then, the venue is large enough, and there are many board games for you to play. (I played a bit, and don't wanna leave 🙈) By the way, you can easily take a lot pretty pictures of the food here, because there are professional lighting on each table 😂

【恐怖湯水？】雖然是黑色但卻不是孟婆湯

#夜鬼合適的黑鼆鼆湯水

夜鬼宜飲滋陰湯水
即使鬼門關沒開，大家身邊總會有一、兩隻「夜鬼」，又或是你自己根本也是！在大部分人好夢正酣時，靜靜獨自享受深宵時光，打機、追劇、上網雖然感覺疏肝，但其實對身體卻最不好！長期熬夜耗傷陰血，體內津液虛耗，便會出現陽氣偏盛的症狀如口乾、皮膚乾、心悸、失眠、便秘、粒粒大便等等。這個時候除了要調整作息，盡量早睡，也可以飲用具滋陰清熱功效的湯水調理體質。以下這碗黑鼆鼆的湯水，絕不是巫婆的可怕湯水，也不是孟婆湯，反而是功效一流的滋陰素湯，在農曆七月飲用特別有感覺！

滋陰清熱湯水小貼士：
適當地添加滋陰清熱及生津食材如花旗參、百合、雪梨、核桃、雪耳等。

黑鼆鼆夜鬼湯水
材料：粟米2根、舞茸菇3朵、花菇6枚、生地15克、麥冬9克、核桃4枚、無花果3枚 
功效：滋陰清熱、生津潤肺、潤腸通便。紓緩口乾、皮膚乾、心悸等陰虛症狀。
做法：
1. 所有材料洗淨備用，粟米留鬚去衣切段備用。
2. 鍋中加入約2500毫升水，全部材料加入鍋中，武火煮至水滾，調文火煮至水滾，調文火煮約1.5小時，最後下鹽調味即可。
注意：感冒未清、脾胃虛弱或容易胃部不適者不宜飲用。

Soup to nourish yin for night owls

Staying up late for a long time will consume yin, blood and body fluid, it will increase yang qi then resulting in yin deficiency symptoms such as dry mouth, skin dryness, heart palpitations, insomnia, constipation, lumpy stool. At this time, besides adjusting your work and rest time and sleeping earlier, you can also drink this soup that can nourish yin and clear heat to properly condition your health. The following bowl of black soup is not a witch's terrible soup nor Meng Po soup, but a great soup to nourish yin. It is especially good to have during the 7th month of the lunar calendar for the occasion!

Tips for soup to nourish yin and clear heat:
Appropriately add in ingredients that can nourish yin, clear heat and promote fluid production such as American ginseng, lily bulb, pear, walnut, snow fungus. 

Soup for night owls
Ingredients: 2 ears of corns, 3 maitake mushrooms, 6 dried Shitake mushroom, 15g rehmannia glutinosa, 9g radix ophiopogonis, 4 walnuts, 4 figs
Effects: Nourishes yin and clears heat, promotes fluid production and moistens the lungs, loosens bowels to relieve constipation. Relieves yin deficiency symptoms such as dry mouth, skin dryness and heart palpitations.

Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel corn, keep silk and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2500ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste.
Note: not suitable for those recovering from a cold or flu, those with weak spleen and stomach, and those prone to stomach discomfort.
