很多人喜歡買衫，對於大減價、開倉更是毫無抵抗力，買到滿手戰利品實在很有滿足感。但我們都有個怪現象，就算衫褲再多，穿來穿去都是那幾件。明明有塞滿幾個衣櫃的衣物，但總覺得沒有一件想穿。衣物囤積會令人產生無力感，還要花費時間去處理。不想這個惡性循環繼續下去，買得多不如買得精，學懂配搭又能穿出自己風格。下次購買新衫前先回答以下問題，冷靜過後才決定是否需要購買：

1. 我有同類型衣服嗎？
翻開衣櫃，相同或近似款式的衣服已有數件，因為你就是偏好這個款式嘛！既然已經擁有就暫時不用再買了。
2. 這件衣服我會經常穿著嗎？
有試過因為價錢吸引，而購買一些根本不會穿的衣服嗎？不要再因為特價而買一些根本不會穿的衣服，既浪費衣櫃的空間，又浪費地球資源。
3. 這種顏色或款式耐看嗎？
潮流不停在變，追趕潮流的話衣服永遠買不完，而且流行的設計一定適合你嗎？不如著出自己的風格，讓衣服在你身上永遠流行。

Some peopleo tend to spend money on clothes. They have no self control when there are big sales or warehouse sales. It is really satisfying to buy a lot of clothes. But many of us have a strange phenomenon, even if there are many shirts and trousers in the wardrobe, you still wear those same pieces over and over again. You always feel that there is nothing you want to wear even if you have so many clothes. The packed closet can cause a feeling of powerlessness, and it takes time to handle. If you want to stop this vicious cycle, you should buy something specific but not buy too much. You should learn how to match your clothes t create your own style. Answer the following questions before buying a new piece of clothing next time, and decide whether you need to buy it after thinking it through. 

1. Do I already have the same type of clothes?
Looking into the closet, there are already several pieces of clothing that are the same or similar, and that is because you prefer this style! Since you already own it, you don't need to buy it for now.

2. Will I wear this dress often?
Have you ever bought something just because of the price and you may not even like the look? Don't buy clothes that you won't wear, which wastes space in the closet and wastes the earth's resources.

3. Is this color or style attractive?
The trends keep changing. If you always keep up with the trend, you will have a lot of clothes to buy. Does the design even suit you? It's better to wear your own style and ensure your clothes stand the test of time.

「需要幫你拍照嗎？」就這樣認識了韓國Oppa，奇怪的是他居然對素食很感興趣，我把我吃素的原因、吃素對環境的影響等都一一跟他分享 (大概可以寫一篇論文了 🤣)。除了素食，我們還聊到人生很多深層次的問題，這感覺太奇妙了，畢竟我們還是陌生人啊 🤭 喜歡這樣交朋友~

在Canmore小鎮沒找到完全vegan的店，但素食友善的很多。這回帶著新認識的台灣女孩來到「Elita Restaurant」共進晚餐，素食友善好在朋友可以選擇她喜歡吃的，我也可以選擇素食，互相不勉強，非常好！我點了個沙鍋料理 (CA23.95)，有點像燉菜，很入味，以菇菇代替了肉，但口感非常像肉耶！店面感覺有點復古，應該是老店了吧，價錢方面偏高喔~

I couldn't find a completely vegan restaurant in this small town Canmore, but a lot of vegan friendly restaurants here. This time, I brought a new Taiwanese girl to "Elita Restaurant" for dinner which is a vegan friendly restaurant. Friends can choose what she likes to eat, and I can also choose vegan food. We all respect our own diet. I ordered a Crimini & Asparagus Casserole (CA23.95). It was a bit like a stew. Very tasty. Used mushrooms replaced the meat, but the taste was very meaty! The shop feels a bit old-fashioned, it should be an old shop, and a bit pricey~

The owner/executive chef Paulo Airaudo has many 1-star Michelin restaurants in Europe, including Switzerland, Spain & UK, it’s his first branch in HK. With over 100 choices of wine by the glass,there r also many small plates for pairing. Recommended Bone Marrow with bread, 48-month Iberico ham & wild pigeon. As for dessert, rum ice-cream with caviar/banana is so intriguing! Price is reasonable & u can sit outside. HK is so beautiful! Cheers! 😋🍷🥂
