Now that i have more time, i can finally get back into my self-love routine. That includes meditation, yoga, physios, body and face treatments. A lot to do, very little time. Haha!
#Bcosyouasked, so I'm gonna share about what and how i 'maintain' this mind, face and body of mine.
During my pregnancy, i did most of the yoga at home bcos of Covid. I am so glad i discovered this app Down Dog for Prenatal yoga (logo of a dog on blue background). And now I'm practicing on their normal Yoga app (non-prenatal).
And just 4 days ago, i found this amazing mindfulness app called Mindful Mama. They provide different types of meditations base on how old your child is, what mood you're in, etc. It's awesome! The meditations are fixed at 10mins. So it's perfect for before sleep.
When i feel like my body is misaligned, I'll make a visit to @orchardhealthclinic. They'll help me identify the cause, and provide immediate relief!
Lately, i also started going to @orchard.clinic to get my tummy and pelvic floor tightened. I've always been active since i was young. But after giving birth, 1) no time to sneak out of the house as often, 2) some parts of the body just doesnt go back to its original state. On my first session, I was surprised that my abs ached for 2 days! Not the crazy kind of ache that i get from an intense workout, but still a nice, tight feeling from just lying there for 30mins. Quite awesome! Haha!

【為什麼開始打拳擊🥊】
打拳擊這10年中
大家每天都會問我
差不多100次的問題
其實以前我是那種班上的小胖子
跟運動完全沾不上邊的
只是會看第一神拳覺得很熱血
但根本沒有在運動的人
是直到2011年
我第一任女友跟我分手😂
由於太傷心難過
所以就決定開始運動
要為自己的人生做出改變
第一步就是從學習堅持的精神開始
開啟了我拳擊的人生
由於我是個完全沒有運動天份的人
所以在拳擊的路上
需要比別人更多的努力
才能追上其他人
也許花了比別人更多的時間
走了更多辛苦的路
但最後還是有收獲的
所以如果我能做到
相信大家也能做到
在這想分享給大家
可以從運動上學習堅持的精神
哪怕是每天跳繩5分鐘
只要能維持下去
都會有很大的成果
這樣以後不論你做什麼事情
成功都會離你不遠的
Why I start boxing
People ask me like every single day
Cause boxing is not so popular sports in Taiwan.
When I was student
Actually I don't like sports ,don't even work out ,just like normal regular dude,
But thing start Change at 2011
Cause my first girlfriend broke up with me,I was too sad ,so I start think about need to change myself,that's why I start boxing ,
And I'm not really good at sports,that's why I spent more time more training for that ,but even I was no talent at all ,at the end ,I still make something no one done before,finally I become a first Taiwanese pro boxer in the Philippines.
So if I can do it,everyone can ,
Cause so many people better than me ,younger than me .
That's why I want to share to everyone,we can learn this spirit from sports,even you just workout for 10 min,but if you can keep working for years and years,you will be succes.

冠病康復之後運動紀錄:
完成30天:
每日30蹲、30跳、30趴蹬蹆、15分鐘快步走。
肺部狀態有進步,胃口也好了,只是容易脹氣,嗅覺已經恢復到90%但剩下的10%是一直聞到汽車排除的廢氣味,大概還要多一個月嗅覺才會完全恢復正常。

After receiving release letter, I started to work out everyday, and mark it the 30th day today, I’ve been doing 30 squads, 30 hops, 30 burpees and 15 minutes fast walk everyday.
And I observed my own health condition, lungs condition improved, appetite improved but digestion quite bad, smelling ability recovered 90%, just start to smell car gas’s smoke all the time (one of the symptoms after recovering from Covid19), and this smell thing will take me another 1 month to be back to normal I think.
I’m getting better everyday, good!
Keep balance diet and exercise which I used to hate to do both, but now, I have no choice to force myself to😂😂😂.

Today, I’m going to be talking about pooping. ? Yup, we’re going to learn how to poop more frequently and healthily.
There are many factors that can cause constipation, some of the most common reasons include severe stress, a poor diet, lack of exercise, lack of sleep, dehydration, and even a change of environment or time zone due to travelling.
I’m sure when you’ve been constipated for several days, your abdomen feels bloated and extremely uncomfortable, making you agitated, and even moody. Watch this video to learn how frequently you should go to the toilet and 7 tips to help relieve constipation naturally!
1) Drink warm water
2) Drink a cup of coffee
3) Have a consistent poop routine
4) Adjust your toilet posture
5) Increase your fibre intake, but don't over do it!
6) Eat pre & probiotic foods
7) Exercise regularly
Occasional constipation is normal, but if you experience pain every time you go then speak to your doctor if you’re concerned about your ongoing constipation.

Today we have a full upper body workout targeting your arms, back, chest and shoulders! For those lucky enough to have gyms still open to them, this is a perfect workout for you!
Grab a set of light to medium dumbbells to push your body for 8-12 reps. It should feel difficult by the last few reps of each exercise, that's when you know you've chosen the right weight for the exercise. If you don't have any dumbbells, try to find alternatives to use at home.
This is a 45 min - 1 hour workout depending on your rest times and number of sets. Do this 3 times a week along with your other workouts, cardio and strict dieting, to help achieve your fat loss & muscle building goals. If you do this properly, this will help with your body transformation, build a lean and defined upper body in 8-12 weeks!
