Bahan bahan utk dikisar:
1 tin besar sardin Ayam Brand
2 paket Pes Asam pedas Adabi
1 Biji Bawang besar
2 Biji Bawang India
3 Biji Lada merah
Sedikit belacan
Sedikit nenas
Kisar lumat semua bahan ini,didihkan bersama 1 jug air atau ikut suka anda nak kuah sepekat mana😉kemudian masukkan bahan bahan di bawah
P/s: ambil sedikit Ikan sardin n hancurkan, biar nampak ketul²

Nenas yg dipotong halus

VIRAL LAKSA SOURCE RECIPE

Ingredients to be ground:
1 large cans of Brand Chicken sardines
2 packets of Adabi spicy sour paste
1 Big Onion Seeds
2 Indian Onion Pieces
3 pieces of red pepper
Some belacan
A little pineapple
Blend all of these ingredients, boil with 1 jugs of water or follow your liking how close the gravy is 😉 then insert the ingredients below
P / s: take some sardines and destroy it, let it be seen by pieces
Other ingredients:
A bundle of kesum leaves
2 pieces of kantan flower
5@6 pieces of sour pieces
Pineapple that was cut smoothly
Salt and sugar
Boiling until cooking ♥️

2cwn air panas n 1cwn air sejuk
Garam n myk satukan dlm air dulu, baru sedikit demi sedikit masuk dlm tepung, smpai sebati n cair, jgn tlalu cair sgt, sdg2
Bagi air kukusan mendidih, n penutup periuk sapu minyak n panas baru ltk adunan td, n tutup n kukus dlm 5 minit smpai naik gelembung tnda masak

4 ekor ikan terpulang klu nk buat banyak
Asam keping 3 n garam
Rebus dulu, dh sejuk baru asingkan ikan n tulang n blender

Blender bawang merah 3 biji, bwg putih 3 biji, halia 1 inci, 2 sudu serbuk lada hitam
Pastu satukan A n B, n santan 1 cawan, dh sebati baru bukak api, masuk asam keping dlm ikan yg direbus td, perasakan dgn garam, kacau dgn kerap, n mdidih tutup api

Blender cili merah, air asam(ikotkan guna cuka, tpi sy xde cuka) garam n gula

2 cups of rice flour
1/4 cups of wheat tpg
Pinch salt
One spoon of oil
2 cups of hot water and 1 cups of cold water
Salt and oil unite in the water first, then little by little it comes into the flour, until it's mixed and melted, don't melt too much, sometimes
Let the kukusan water boiling, and the pot cover with oil and heat just put on the mix just now, and it's closed and steamed in 5 minutes until the bubble is up

It's up to 4 fish if you want to make a lot

Harini masak Nasi Kandaq lagi. Kali kedua dah saya buat sepanjang PKP berlangsung. Jemput makan semua ❤️
Untuk kali kedua ni, saya ada improve sikit bahan.
Resepi Nasi Kandaq
✨Nasi
-Basuh beras dan ketepikan.
-Tumis daun pandan, 3sekawan dan serbuk kunyit menggunakan butter. Masukkan garam dan sedikit gula.
Jika ada pewarna kuning, boleh letak sedikit untuk naikkan warna.
-Kemudian masukkan beras. Masak sebentar di atas dapur.
-Kemudian pindahkan ke dlm rice cooker.
✨Ayam Goreng
-Bahan bancuhan
Tepung serbaguna Pak Lah/Bestari
Sedikit tepung beras
Serbuk Cili Kering
Serbuk Kari Daging
Sedikit Garam
-Adun dgn air sampai kelikatan yang kita nak, dan boleh salut ayam menyeluruh, then goreng ayam smpai masak.
✨Kuah kicap+kari
Bawang Besar hiris
Bawang Putih hiris
Rempah 3 sekawan
Ketumbar /Jintan Manis (tumbuk sikit)
-Tumis semua sampai garing dan naik bau
-Kemudian bubuh:
Serbuk Cili Kering
Serbuk Kari Daging
-Masukkan kentang, tomato, terung dan air
-Biarkan sampai mengelegak.
-Kemudian masukkan:
Kicap Manis (sampai colour kehitaman yg kita nak)
Gula
Garam
Sos cili 3sudu
-Balancekan sampai dpt rasa manis-manis kicap dan pedas kari tu. Dan pada pendapat saya, kuah untuk Nasi Kandaq kelikatannya janganlah terlalu pekat atau terlalu cair.

For the second time, I have improved some ingredients.
Nasi Kandar recipe
✨ Rice
- Wash rice and put aside.
- Stir-fry pandan leaves, 3 friends and turmeric powder using butter. Put in salt and some sugar.
If there's a yellow dye, you can put some to increase your color.
- Then put in the rice. Cooking for a while in the kitchen.
- Then move it into rice cooker.
✨ Fried Chicken
- Mixing material
Pak Lah / Bestari versatile flour
Some rice flour
Dry Chili Powder
Meat curry powder
A little salt
- Adun with water until the thickness we want, and can salute the whole chicken, then fry the chicken until cooking.
✨ Soy sauce sauce+kari
Big Onion slice
Garlic slice
Spice 3 friends
Cilantro / Sweet Cumin (punch a bit)
- Stir fry all until crispy and smelly

2 boneless chicken leg - butterflied (roughly around 220g or 7.76oz each)
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt

Resepi Rendang Ayam Cili Api Minang
Bahan-bahan
1 ekor ayam
2 biji bawang merah
4 ulas bawang kecil
7-8 ulas bawang putih
2 inci kunyit hidup
2 inci lengkuas
3 inci halia
4 batang serai
10 tangkai cili padi hijau
5 sb pes cili
5 helai daun limau purut
2 helai daun kunyit (dihiris)
1 cwn minyak masak
50 gm kerisik
250 ml santan
50 ml air
garam (secukup rasa)
1 keping asam keping
Cara memasak
1. Kisar halus bawang putih, bawang besar, bawang kecil, cili padi hijau, lengkuas, serai, halia, kunyit bersama minyak dan sedikit air.
2. Tuangkan bahan kisar ke dalam kuali dan tumis sehingga naik bau.
3. Kemudian, tambahkan pes cili dan masak sehingga pecah minyak.
4. Masukkan daun limau purut dan hirisan daun kunyit. Kacau seketika.
5. Masukkan sekeping asam keping.
6. Seterusnya, masukkan ayam. Biarkan mereneh dan ayam masak sepenuhnya.
7. Akhir sekali, masukkan kerisik dan santan. Kacau sebati dan masak sehingga kuah kelihatan sedikit kering.
8. Angkat dan hidangkan Rendang Ayam Cili Api Minang bersama nasi impit atau lemang.

Rendang Ayam Minang Recipe
Ingredients
1 whole chicken
2 whole shallots
4 whole onion
7-8 cloves garlic
2 inch turmeric
2 inch galangal
2 inch ginger
4 stalk of lemongrass
10 stalk green bird's eye chili
5 tbsp of chili paste
5 kaffir lime leaves
2 turmeric leaves (thinly sliced)
250 ml coconut milk
1 cup of cooking oil
50 gm toasted coconut paste aka kerisik
50 ml water
salt (to taste)
1 dried tamarind slice
Cooking methods
1. Finely blend garlic, onions, shallots, green bird's eye chili, galangal, lemongrass, ginger, with oil and a little bit of water.
2. Pour the blended ingredients into a pan and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Then, add chili paste and cook until the oil begins to separate.
4. Add in kaffir lime leaves and sliced turmeric leaves. Stir well.
5. Add in dried tamarind slice.
6. Next, add the chicken. Bring to simmer until the chicken is fully cooked.
7. Finally, add in toasted coconut paste and coconut milk. Stir well until everything is combined and the gravy becomes a bit dry.
8. Remove from heat and serve Rendang Ayam Minang with Nasi Impit or Lemang.

カリフラワーでステーキ
4人分
材料:
カリフラワー 大1個
オリーブオイル 大さじ4
レモン汁 大さじ2
乾燥バジル 小さじ1
乾燥オレガノ 小さじ1
タイム 小さじ1
ローズマリー 小さじ1
オニオンパウダー 小さじ1
にんにく(みじん切り) 2片
塩 適量
コショウ 適量
作り方:
1. オーブンを200°Cに予熱する。
2. 包丁でカリフラワーの葉を切り落とし、芯部分を下にしてまな板におく。
3. 左右を切り落とし、4等分にスライスする。洗って乾かす。
4. 小さめのボウルにオリーブオイル、レモン汁、バジル、オレガノ、タイム、ローズマリー、オニオンパウダー、ガーリック、塩、コショウを入れて混ぜ合わせる。
5. クッキングシートを敷いた天板にスライスしたカリフラワーを並べ、(4)を刷毛で塗る。
6. 柔らかくなるまで、オーブンで25分程焼く。(途中で一度裏返す)
7. オーブンから取り出してさらに盛り付けたら、完成!
そのまま召し上がっても美味しいし、お好みでアレンジもおすすめ!
バーベキューソースやマッシュルームソースをかけてポテトやレンズ豆を添える、またはバジルソースとパプリカを一緒にパンに挟んでサンドイッチにしても美味しい♪
Cauliflower Steaks
for 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 large head cauliflower
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Remove the green leaves from the cauliflower stem with a knife.
3. Place the cauliflower core-down on a cutting board and trim 2 sides so they become flat.
4. Cut the cauliflower in half and then cut each half in two to get 4 “steaks”.
5. Rinse and dry the cauliflower steaks.
6. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, onion, and garlic, plus salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
7. Place the cauliflower steaks on the baking sheet and brush generously with the oil mixture.
8. Bake for about 25 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender.
9. Serve as desired, such as on a sandwich with pesto and red pepper, or with barbecue sauce and roasted potatoes, or with vegan mushroom gravy and lentils.
10. Enjoy!
