#相撲硬舉 是複合式訓練動作,意味著可以啟動多個主要肌群!這個動作拿來練臀超棒,但前提是動作要正確👌🏽

1️⃣雙腳張開(相撲姿勢)站多寬取決於個人髖關節的靈活度及舒適度,然後將腳趾向外轉
2️⃣胸部位於槓鈴的上方,垂直下放雙手抓住槓鈴
3️⃣拉起來之前,將臀部向下坐,挺胸並順勢拉起
4️⃣注意膝蓋是全程朝外的,不要讓他們向內旋轉
5️⃣在頂部用力擠你的臀部,但要確保不要過度伸展,否則會傷害到背部
6️⃣向下放並重複動作

Sumo deadlifts are a COMPOUND movement, meaning they work multiple major muscle groups!
⠀
They are a PHENOMENAL exercise to build your glutes🍑 but ONLY if you’re doing the exercise properly.
⠀
1️⃣Set up with your feet wide (sumo stance) - “how wide” varies on your hip anatomy, flexibility & comfort. Toes turned outwards
2️⃣Chest right above the bar. As you open up your hips & push your knees OUT, drop straight down & grab the bar
3️⃣Before you even lift the weight, sit back into your hips, bring your chest up & draw your lats down...now lift.
4️⃣PUSH YOUR KNEES OUT THE ENTIRE TIME - do not let them cave-in! This will keep your glutes from engaging in the exercise & wreck your knees
5️⃣At the top, squeeze your glutes! Be sure not to over-extend at the top, it’ll hurt your back.
6️⃣Drop the weight down & repeat!

花師奶:「最近和朋友在爭拗:冬天有可能中暑嗎?」
CheckCheckCin:暑邪是常見於夏季的致病原因,暑邪有三大特性:一、炎熱,暑邪傷人會使人出現發燒、出汗、煩躁等症狀;二、上升散發,受暑邪侵襲會使毛孔打開出汗,耗損津液會令人感到口渴、小便量少色黃,傷津耗氣容易導致頭暈、呼吸急促、抽筋等;三、常與濕邪結合傷人,濕度高的環境令人體汗水難以揮發,身體未能靠出汗散熱,令人出現四肢困倦、食慾不振、胸悶等症狀,所以本身濕氣重的人特別容易中暑。
不論時節,只要天氣炎熱加上濕度高都容易引致中暑,如果在冬天暖氣大開令室內溫度上升,窗戶緊閉令室內空氣不流通,或者穿衣過多過度保暖(最常發生在嬰孩身上),加上濕度高的話都會造成中暑。中暑有輕微和嚴重程度之分,如果在輕微中暑時已及早察覺,症狀包括大量出汗、口乾舌躁、作嘔作悶、沒有食慾、容易疲累等,及時走到通風地方,慢慢喝溫水補充水份,讓身體自然散熱,就能避免嚴重的中暑症狀。
絲瓜絡荷葉茶
功效:清熱祛濕,紓緩中暑、戶外工作或運動後流汗過多、頭暈、疲倦等症狀。
材料:絲瓜絡10克、荷葉6克
做法:材料洗淨放入保溫瓶,以熱開水沖洗一遍,注入熱開水焗15-20分鐘即可。此茶能反覆沖泡至味淡。

CheckCheckCin: Heat pathogen is a common cause of illnesses during winter, and there are three major characteristics of heat pathogen. Firstly, bodiky damage from heat can lead to symptoms such as fever, sweating and irritability. Secondly, it rises and spreads. Pores open and you sweat under attack from heat pathogen. Losing fluids can lead to thirst, yellowish urine with low volume. Losing too much fluid and qi will easily lead to dizziness, shortness of breath, cramps. Thirdly, it usually harms the body with dampness. The high humidity environment makes it difficult for sweat to evaporate, the body fails to cool down by sweating. It causes symptoms such as fatigue in the limbs, poor appetite, and chest tightness. Therefore, people with dampness stagnation are prone to heat stroke.
No matter which season it is, hot weather with high humidity can easily cause heat stroke. If the heater is on to raise the room temperature, windows are closed and air is not circulating, or you have many layers of clothes to keep warm (common in babies or children), coupled with high humidity may cause heat stroke. Heat stroke is categorized into mild and severe. If you detect it early during mild heat stroke, symptoms include heavy sweating, dry mouth, nausea, lack of appetite, and easily fatigued. Go to a ventilated place quickly and drink warm water slowly to replenish fluid and allow the body to cool down naturally, thus preventing severe heat stroke symptoms.
Loofah tea with lotus leaves
Effects: clears heat and dispels dampness. Relieves heat stroke, excessive sweating, dizziness and fatigue after outdoor activity or exercise.
Ingredients: 10g loofah, 6g lotus leaves
Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly and place into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 15-20 minutes. You can re-brew this tea until its flavor weakens.

美胸塑肩操
身體俯臥在墊子上,伸直雙手,肩膀向後打開,胸盡量向前,抬頭,頸部後側放鬆,雙腿緊貼地面,呼氣,保持30秒。
美胸穴位- 乳根穴
位置:在乳頭下方約2個指腹的位置。
方法:以大拇指按壓,每次按壓3-5秒後鬆開,至少重覆5-10次。
主治:美化胸型、舒緩胸脹不適等

Breast Point Acupoint
Location: about 2 finger breaths below the nipples
Method: press with your thumb, apply pressure for 3-5 seconds and release. Repeat for 5-10 times.
Effects: improve breast shape, relieve breast area pains.

Today we have a full upper body workout targeting your arms, back, chest and shoulders! For those lucky enough to have gyms still open to them, this is a perfect workout for you!
Grab a set of light to medium dumbbells to push your body for 8-12 reps. It should feel difficult by the last few reps of each exercise, that's when you know you've chosen the right weight for the exercise. If you don't have any dumbbells, try to find alternatives to use at home.
This is a 45 min - 1 hour workout depending on your rest times and number of sets. Do this 3 times a week along with your other workouts, cardio and strict dieting, to help achieve your fat loss & muscle building goals. If you do this properly, this will help with your body transformation, build a lean and defined upper body in 8-12 weeks!

Sometimes we confused stiffness with flexibility and flexibility with mobility. Here are some quick go to shoulder mobility exercises to make you feel more open in the heart, chest and back, whilst creating movement in the shoulder joints and sockets.
Ps. You’ll need a block, book, pillow, or anything you can find at least about 0.5-1kg(ish) weight for this exercise.
?Begin in an All 4’s position.
?Place your palms firmly on the ground, elbows and shoulders stacked in a straight line.
?Lengthen your spine.
?Hips stacked above your knees.
?Create a shoulder rotation by bringing the block forward and back.
If this in accessible then try with the alternate leg up. ?Shoulder rotation clockwise and anti-clockwise.
?Tricep stretches both sides.
