Not having time is not an excuse! The time you spend eating out, ordering and waiting for your meals is way more than cooking for yourself. I aim to meal prep 2 times a week. Every time I cook it’ll be enough for 3 days, and that takes me no more than 2 hours. So it’s only 4 hours in total. 🙌
