#TGIF! Went to PIIN Restaurant for wine pairing dinner, enjoying delicate Cantonese cuisine with Bourgogne wines, and many of the wines r flown in directly from Burgundy! I also try wine by the glass with Jeroboam size bottle! U think I’m having cigar! It’s actually a duck dish! Yummy! Very happy to meet with the boss & winery owner Olivier! Cheers!🎉🎉🍷🥂

I seldomly have a chance to have a drink with sis Barbara Wong 黃真真 in Central nowadays & I recommended the newly opened PIIN Restaurant to try! They’ve over 1000 wine choices. It’s only $350 for a wine flight during happy hour with 1 snack & 3 tasting portions of wine. They use Coravin to pour u nice wines. If u like red wines, they can offer u a flight of Bourgogne red wine from different regions. If u r greedy like me, u can request & see if u can order a sparkling, white & red wine (tasting portions) for a flight. We tried the pan-fried Wagyu dumplings as snack! Thanks Reeze for his recommendation!yummy! 😋😋😋🍷🥂🎉 We also bumped into William & Clement in d lift! So great! 🥰
