▪︎深夜小酒館《 The Foxtrot Inn 》
哈囉大家~
這周末我也沒閒著~跑去探索沒喝過的酒吧~(GOAL!🤟明明就酒鬼)
The Foxtrot Inn 坐落於Crows Nest 一條安靜的街道上,還滿容易找到的,只不過他不在最熱鬧的Willoughby road上,要用估狗地圖找一下歐~
我們5點開門前就在外面等候~因此幸運地看到金色華麗的深鎖的大門😂 進去後,裡面位置還滿多的!共有兩層樓,樓下有吧檯和昏暗的燈光,我們和第一組客人被安排到樓上,剛進去前一小時燈光還滿明亮的(等到天色暗了之後,燈光漸漸轉黃,更有氣氛),我們坐在綠色的牆旁邊,超適合拍網美照!看我一堆照片都搭配那草綠色的牆就知道有多好拍!
🍽 店內的食物種內不多,大概10樣以內吧!我們點了以下三樣:
⋆Nepalese Marinated Lamb Skewers 烤羊肉串:
共三串,軟嫩的烤羊肩搭配薄荷和香菜做成的醬~超級好吃!!
⋆Buttermilk Chicken Tender 炸雞柳條:
肉也是超軟嫩阿!會讓人想一口接著一口吃! 搭配標配的aioli sauce~ 絕配!
⋆The Foxtrot's Famous Truffle Fries 松露薯條:
薯條上灑上帕瑪森起士,再沾有加松露的aioli sauce,超罪惡的。。但我們還是吃完了😅
我是沒吃什麼東西就過來,吃的算七分飽,但怕餓的人,建議在家先吃一點東西在來呦!
🥂 Cocktail
重頭戲來了! 店內主打"調酒"!!!!來的話ㄧ定要點ㄧ杯來喝看看噢! 調酒有超多選擇,每個名字都好像很好喝的樣子!!!
🤟我個人個人!!!最推薦Pisco Party!!! 超級好喝!!! 裡面加了Pisco酒(白蘭地的ㄧ種,祕魯和智利盛產),朋友是祕魯人,她還特地問服務生他們用的Pisco 是不是祕魯產的🤣(祕魯人和智利人互討厭對方🤣),結果還好是祕魯產的,不然她不喝!
⋆Pisco Party
裡面加了Pisco、coconut、pineapples juice 以及一塊裝飾的鳳梨乾灑上椰子片,喝起來非常的順!! 我一樣很渴,兩秒就喝完。。接著又點另一杯調酒👇
⋆Return of the Pav
加了Vodka、Passionfruit、Vanilla、Meringue,不喜歡發泡蛋白的人誤入欸!!但他蛋白味道不會很重,上面的蛋白有用火烤過!還附ㄧ支小湯匙讓你挖蛋白霜來吃🥰和Pavlova蛋白霜蛋糕有異曲同工之妙!

終於介紹完了! 其實喝完那兩杯後,我沒什麼感覺,但礙於錢包不夠深,我們就沒再繼續點調酒了!要喝到微醺太花錢🤣於是我們轉戰到我最愛的Small bar 直接點一瓶來喝!!🤣🤣🤣

Love the Pisco Party cocktail! It is super tasty and smooth!! We made sure that the Pisco is from Peru hahah otherwise my friend wouldn't drink it if it's from somewhere else😏
Food is delicious too!! The lamb skewers are superb! Love the spices on the lamb and together with the mint and coriander sauce! Absolutely a great match!
Better to have something small at home first if you don't want to spend too much on food.
We will definitely will come back again! ✌

饞師的饞食+飲酒日誌~PARC 39
在努力工作後真的只想找個舒適的地方好好放鬆一下自己,吃點好吃的,喝點小酒,微醺的讓頭腦跟全身肌肉都放鬆下來
而PARC 38是我最新找到的放鬆好去處,地點也很方便,從捷運松江南京出來走3-5分鐘就到了!
九層塔海鮮銀針炒麵線 $328
其實已經過了我可以吃碳水化合物的時間,但看了這名稱忍不住就點了,而且完全不踩雷,海鮮新鮮不用說,麵線炒的還保有麵線的彈性,加上調料完美搭配😍
滬式煙燻蜜汁燻魚 $328
喜歡吃魚的一定要點這道,有點酒喝的更要點這道菜,因為實在太好吃,太下酒了,外酥內嫩,外層的蜜汁加上魚的鮮甜,我覺得我可以自己吃兩盤✌🏼😋😋
小木耳綠竹筍炒勝瓜 $288
愛吃黑木耳的我當然不會放過這一道菜,加上爽脆的綠竹筍跟青翠的勝瓜,是一道可以讓身體補充纖維與少許蛋白質好菜👍🏼😋
PISCO SOUR $350
用麝香葡萄白蘭地、自製糖漿、萊姆、苦精所調配的調酒,微微的苦味,但因為有糖漿的緩和,所以喝起來也很舒服喔!
尤其現場太舒適,累了一天吃飽又喝了點酒的我直接快舒服到睡著,趁著還清醒趕快回家
這家店讓我感覺是有著高檔餐廳的裝潢與氣氛,有著熱炒店份量的食物,酒吧裡好喝的調酒跟夜店的音樂(音樂聲音不會很大聲,跟朋友來聊天放鬆是很ok的)
Ps 吃不完也別害羞,都可以幫忙打包喔!打包回家也一樣超好吃😋😋

而入口甜味突出,帶少少果酸,唔會太嗆口,

Dishes:
(i) Secreto (the best cut of Iberico meat - i.e. between the shoulder blade & the loin) de Cerdo Iberico con Escalivada, served with roasted peppers & miso paste
(ii) Chuleton de Buey
It's Pisco signature of charcoal-grilled bone-in rib steak with sea salt
Personally, she prefers this dish for her wine pairing of this trail 1️⃣ Juicy & fruity = great satisfaction!
Composition
Tempranillo
Winemaking & ageing
Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature around 25 degree
Maceration with skins for approximately 12 days. The wine spends 4 months in American oak casks before rounding off its ageing in the bottle
Tasting notes of CV Tempranillo
She loves its young & easy to drink. Very smooth & she enjoyed 2️⃣ glasses
It aims to bring out the best qualities of grapes. With its deep cherry colour suggests a young & vibrant wine
Nose is rich in aromas & pronounced in intensity. On the palate, it's perfumed, soft & fresh with a long finish that leaves memories of red fruit, vanilla & cocoa
Suggestions of food matches
Perfect with pasta, poultry & fresh light cheeses, grilled chicken, small bites e.g. light cheese, grilled vegetables, fresh salads
Best served at 15 degree
