但如果你已經很確定你想要當軟體工程師, 並且已經轉職完,苦無機會證明自己呢? 好消息是,現在有另外一種方式可以讓你進入矽谷的科技公司,那就是各家公司都在推出的學徒計畫 Apprenticeship Program。
各大科技公司目前都在前仆後繼地開啟學徒計畫,目的是更廣納各式背景的軟體工程師,希望招攬更多女性、少數民族、或是非傳統 CS 出生的軟體工程師加入。 一般學徒計畫會比初階軟體工程師的面試稍微再簡單一些,有些都還不用實地去公司面試, 被錄取後大概會有為期數個月的帶薪學習/工作,並證明自己能力的機會。 如果表現的好的話,許多人也是可以順利轉為正職軟體工程師, 省下了不容易得到面試機會、或是通不過面試的不確定性。

Trend peningkatan jangkitan COVID-19 di kalangan kanak-kanak dan remaja (0-18 tahun) di Malaysia agak membimbangkan dengan 400,668 kes dicatatkan pada tahun ini (data sehingga 16 September 2021), berbanding 12,620 kes pada 2020.
Daripada jumlah tersebut, 252,569 kes melibatkan murid sekolah dan 42,831 kes adalah kanak-kanak pra-sekolah.
Melihat kepada perkembangan ini, kerajaan membuat keputusan untuk memberikan vaksinasi kepada golongan ini di bawah Program Imunisasi COVID-19 Kebangsaan Remaja (PICK Remaja) bagi melindungi mereka daripada virus itu dan ia telahpun dimulakan di Sarawak pada 8 September lalu, WP Labuan (11 September) dan Sabah (16 September).
PICK Remaja dikelolakan oleh Jawatankuasa Bertindak Imunisasi COVID-19 (CITF-A) yang dipengerusikan oleh Yang Berhormat Timbalan Menteri Kesihatan 1, YB Dato Dr. Haji Noor Azmi.
Pagi tadi, saya berkesempatan menghadiri program ‘kick-off’ PICK Remaja di SMK Putrajaya Presint 8 (1) antaranya bersama Menteri Kanan Pendidikan, YB Datuk Dr Radzi Jidin yang seterusnya menandakan permulaan program vaksinasi itu di seluruh negara.
Dato’ Dr. Haji Noor Azmi juga telah memberikan suntikan vaksin COVID-19 kepada Haziq Zafri Bin Hiruddin, 17 , Ketua Murid SMK Putrajaya Presint 8 (1).
KEMENTERIAN KESIHATAN MALAYSIA mensasarkan 3.2 juta remaja 12 hingga 17 tahun menerima vaksinasi COVID-19 untuk pembukaan sesi persekolahan 2022 dengan keutamaan diberikan kepada pelajar tingkatan 4 dan 5.
60 peratus daripada remaja kumpulan umur ini disasar mendapat sekurang-kurangnya satu dos vaksin pada November 2021 dan
80 peratus daripada mereka yang layak divaksin mendapat dos lengkap sebelum sekolah dibuka pada sesi 2022.
