這篇很有趣，感覺台灣有蠻多人誤解了英文文稿的意思，而且也忽略了重點。
原文稿的意思其實是在說台灣政府過度敏感、過度政治化，而不是說上海復星。（要看重點的人請注意「adjusted within a short time」、「stopped insisting」和「just a template」）
而且從一個過去有經歷過類似商業談判的人來看，我可以跟你說其實上海復星提出的條款在商業上沒有什麼太誇張的地方。比較有爭議性的是中國可能會取得資料這一點，不然今天換成是別國的代理商，這些條款在台灣根本完全不會拿出來討論。
（不要忘了我們是在一個把合同當屁的地方，我們自己的廠商在沒有簽屬條款的情況下都改濫用個人資料了，你覺得今天如果不是因為是中國的代理商，分享資料這種事在台灣會受到重視嗎？）
