VHC baked crab shells (cua nhồi thịt và phô mai)

Yield 10 stuffed crab shells
——
Ingredients for filling:
• 8 oz imitation crab or real crab meat (sliced or shredded)
• 1/2 lb ground pork
• 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
• 1/4 cup sliced green onion
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• 1 1/2 tsp Tony Chachere’s creaole seasoning
•1/2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 oz soften cream cheese
• 1/2 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese

Extra Ingredients:
• 10 small-medium cleaned blue crab shells
• Extra parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top

Other/Tools:
• Baking sheet
• Aluminum foil
• Spoon

Steps:
1. Mix all ingredients listed under filling in a mixing bowl. Mix well so that all ingredients are combined.
2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
3. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
4. Fill each blue crab shell with the filling. Don’t fill it over the top of the shell.
5. Place the shells on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
6. Take the baking sheet out and sprinkle the extra cheese on top. Return it back to the oven for
another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
7. Optional: add sliced green onions or chopped cilantro on top.
8. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

IKAN MASAK HALIA chinese style (HALAL)
300g fillet ikan, dipotong dadu bsear
1 sudu kecil tepung jagung
2 inci halia, dihiris nipis
4 daun bawang, dihiris kasar
Bahan kuah:
2 sudu besar kicap cair
1 sudu kecil gula perang
2 sudu besar air
1 sudu besar minyak bijian
2 sudu kecil serbuk lada putih
1. Gaulkan ikan dengan tepung jagung dan lada putih.
2. Dalam kuali, tumiskan ikan dengan sedikit minyak sehingga setengah masak dan kekeringan.
3. Keluarkan ikan dan tambahkan minyak. Tumiskan halia sehingga bau naik. masukkan kesemua bahan kuah dan masak sehingga memekat sedikit.
4. Masukkan kembali ikan dan daun bawang dan biarkan mereneh sehingga ikan masak.

- filet ikan yang boleh digunakan termasuklah dory atau siakap atau ikan merah
- kalau kuah memekat terlalu cepat boleh tambahkan sedikit air.

SAMBAL UDANG PETAI
200g udang, dibersihkan
1 papan petai, isi dicelur
1/2 bawang besar, dihiria
Garam dan gula secukup rasa
minyak masak
Bahan kisar
1/2 biji bawang besar
3 biji bawang merah kecil
1 ulas bawang putih
7 tangkai cili kering, direndam air panas
1. Tumiskan bahan kisar dalam minyak secukupnya sehingga pecah minyak.
2. Masukkan bawang besar yang dihiris, diikuti udang dan petai.
3. Perasakan dengan garam dan gula secukup rasa.
