Meet Jasper. Found him on the roads of Wee Jasper (thus the name), standing still, while his fellas flew away as our vehicle approached. Our first instinct was that he must be wounded or too old to fly. But he seemed alright ,there were no signs of wound outwardly. So we took him along. And he didnt seem to hesitate to accompany us. Few miles later, he starts fluttering and we let him out. He flew away, perched himself on a branch,( may be quipped a 'thanks mate' for the lift...!) mmmm...or may be he didn't like the name Jasper 😂.
