เก็บบรรยากาศการตัดฟักทองลอยฟ้าลูกแรกของชีวิตมาฝากค่ะ 🙂 พาดูสวน ตัดผักสดๆมาทำแกงเลียงผักรวม ชมพระอาทิตย์ตกดิน ขอบคุณเพื่อนๆที่แนะนำเมนูแกงเลียงมาให้ อร่อย ถูกใจมากๆ ☺️ สำหรับตัวฟักทองเองลงเมล็ดเมื่อเดือนพฤษภาคม พอช่วงกลางเดือนมิถุนายน เราเริ่มเห็นดอกฟักทองสีเหลืองเซ็ทแรกทั้งดอกตัวผู้และดอกตัวเมีย หลังจากนั้นสองสัปดาห์ไม่มีลูกไหนติดเลย เลยลองผสมเกสรเอง วันต่อมาลูกติดเลย และใช้เวลาประมาณ 1 เดือนก่อนเก็บเกี่ยวค่ะ หวานๆ หอมๆ อร่อยดี 😋

Entering the full 4 months of Covid Lockdown here in Bangkok. In April we started this rooftop garden, turned the deserted area into a green space, where we’ve just harvested our first pumpkins! As much as we’ve missed traveling, human interaction and other activities. Gardening has definitely kept us mindful. Honestly can’t wait to grow more vegetables and learn more about them.
