Quán này 2 đứa có review hồi lâu rồi, mà giờ thấy quán có buffet nên nhất định là phải đi luôn. Tính ra ăn buffet ở đây là lợi thật sự so với gọi món nếu mọi người để ý nhé 😗
Đi 2 người nên bọn mình ăn phần Búp-phê pha Plus để được nhiều loại thịt.
Như mọi khi, thịt ở đây vẫn chất lượng nhất luôn, thịt heo mỡ giòn ko bị ngấy, bò mềm tan 🤤 Lòng C thấy nhiều người có chê hôi, mà bọn mình ăn ngon mà, có nầm bò thì có mùi sữa hơi nặng thật 😅 Mỗi đĩa thịt hơi ít nên phải gọi nhiều lần, nhưng mà thế cũng tốt, ăn bn hết bấy nhiêu. Xốt chấm vẫn là 3 loại đó, nhưng mà bớt cay đi hẳn, mình thích ăn cay nên hơi puồn :<
Có 1 cái giảm chất lượng so vs đợt đầu ăn là dưa leo ngâm chả còn chua nữa rồi mà bị ngọt quá, ăn ko giải ngấy nữa hiu hiu Mong quán chú ý lại cái đó, cứu cánh của bữa nướng cho đỡ ngấy mà 😭😭
Nhìn chung thì 2 đứa thấy quán mở thêm buffet ntn ổn hơn hẳn ấy, mỗi lần đi ăn ko phải xót ví nữa 🙆

We wrote a review about this place once already, but they started having buffet for a while so we definitely had to try it. Tbh, the buffet is way cheaper than you eat normally.
It was just the 2 of us so we had the Plus Buffet (238k - without VAT) 😗
As usual, the meat were excellent, tasty pork with balance fat and meat layers, tender beef, fresh and high quality meat 🤤 The intestines were alright, some people said they were too smelly, but we did enjoyed them. The breast parts we admit they were a bit smelly because of th milk tho 😅 Each portion on the plates were pretty small so we had to order many times, but actually that's quite nice cuz we can order just as much as we needed. The sauces were the same, 3 kinds, but less spicy, but I like them spicyyyy!
There was one thing that they changed, was the recipe of the pickles, too sweet and no longer sour. It was the main thing to freshen the whole meallll 😭😭
But anw, smart move of them for making the buffet, we'll go there a lot more often for this 👏

The use of Cabbage 椰菜 as a first layer wrap underneath the dough, I can imagine is a bit dampened counter intuitive for us Hong Kongers to appreciate, then we proceed to teach the Chefs why the kitchen doesn't use a Crepe, Seaweed or Dry Duxelles, Crepinette, Herbs Crust etc instead. But guess what? Moist Buttered Cabbage is how it is actually done in a traditional Pithivier recipe 🇫🇷 😋😍
Daily Dessert was a Tarte Bourdaloue with Pear Sorbet 🍐. Safe option. I think I really miss a Clafoutis, I had some memories of having one here b4. I have no idea why I haven't eaten an amazing Apricot or Cherries Clafoutis for the longest time! 😬

ラタトゥイユ・ラザニア
12人分
材料:
■トマトソース
オリーブオイル 大さじ2
玉ねぎ(みじん切り) 1個
パプリカ(みじん切り) 3個
にんにく(みじん切り) 4片
なす(みじん切り) 455g
ズッキーニ(みじん切り) 中2本
かぼちゃ(みじん切り) 中2本
トマトペースト 340g
オレガノ 大さじ1
タイム 大さじ1
カットトマト 795g
■チーズソース
リコッタチーズ 850g
細切りモッツァレラチーズ 100g
バジル(刻んでおく) 10g
パセリ(刻んでおく) 20g
卵 1個
■スライス野菜
なす(スライス) 2本
ズッキーニ(スライス) 2本
かぼちゃ(スライス) 2本
ローマトマト(スライス) 6個
にんにく(みじん切り) 2片
タイム 大さじ1
オリーブオイル 大さじ2
ラザニア 8枚
塩 少々
コショウ 少々
作り方:
1. オーブンを200°Cに予熱しておく。
2. トマトソースを作る。中火でフライパンを熱してオリーブ油をひく。玉ねぎ、パプリカ、にんにく、塩、コショウ を入れて炒める。
3. なす(みじん切り)、ズッキーニー(みじん切り)、かぼちゃ(みじん切り)、トマトペースト、オレガノ、タイムを加える。塩コショウで味を整え、焼き色がつくまで炒める。
4. カットトマトを入れ、弱火で30分ほど煮る。
5. チーズソースを作る。大きめのボウルにリコッタチーズ、モッツァレラチーズ、バジル、パセリ、塩、コショウ 、卵を入れて混ぜる。
6. スライス野菜を準備する。ボウルになす(スライス)、ズッキーニー(スライス)、、かぼちゃ(スライス)、ローマトマト(スライス)、にんにく、タイム、オリーブオイル、塩、コショウ を入れて混ぜ合わせる。
7. 大きさ23x33cmの耐熱皿にトマトソースを敷き詰める。ラザニアを4枚のせてチーズソースを塗る。 その上にスライス野菜を並べる。もう一度、トマトソース、ラザニア、チーズソース、野菜スライスの順で重ねる。
8. オーブンで30分焼く。表面に焼き色がついたら取り出す。切ってさらに盛り付けたら、完成!

INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 yellow onion, diced
3 bell peppers, seeded and chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced, divided
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 lb eggplant(455 g), cut into ½-inch (1 cm) cubes
2 yellow squashes, cut into ½-inch (1 cm) cubes
2 medium zucchinis, cut into ½-inch (1 cm) cubes
12 oz tomato paste(340 g)
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons fresh thyme
28 oz diced tomato(795 g)
30 oz ricotta cheese(850 g)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese(100 g)
¼ cup fresh basil(10 g), chopped
½ cup fresh parsley(20 g), chopped
1 egg
2 japanese eggplants, thinly sliced
2 zucchinis, thinly sliced
2 yellow squashes, thinly sliced
6 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
lasagna noodle, cooked
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a skillet on medium-high heat. Once warmed, add the onion, bell peppers, 4 minced garlic cloves, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and caramelized.
3. Add the eggplant, yellow squash, zucchini, tomato paste, dried oregano, and 1 tablespoon of thyme, and more salt and pepper. Cook until the vegetables are soft and the tomato paste deepens in color and starts to stick to the bottom.
4. Add the diced tomatoes and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook on low for at least 30 minutes. Set aside to prepare the rest of the lasagna layers.
5. In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta, mozzarella, basil, parsley, salt, pepper and egg. Set aside.
6. To a bowl, add the sliced Japanese eggplant, yellow squash, zucchini, Roma tomatoes, garlic, 1 tablespoon thyme, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons olive oil, and gently toss to combine.
7. In a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) glass baking pan, add a layer of the ratatouille to the bottom. Top with lasagna noodles, and spread a layer of the ricotta mixture, then shingle alternating slices of the marinated vegetables. Repeat with another layer of ratatouille, noodles, ricotta, and on the top shingle the vegetables.
8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese and sauce are bubbling slightly and the sliced vegetables on top have browned to your liking.
9. Slice and serve.
10. Enjoy!

材料:
トマト(くし形切り) 1個
玉ねぎ(薄切り) 1個
マッシュルーム水煮缶(薄切り) 1缶(60g)
にんにく(みじん切り) 1片
オリーブオイル 大さじ2
A.
ホールトマト 1缶(400g)
ドライオレガノ ひとつまみ
固形ブイヨン(刻む) 4g
塩 小さじ1/4
粗挽き黒コショウ 少々
ラザニア用パスタ 3枚
カッテージチーズ 200g
ピザ用チーズ 50g
バター 10g
作り方:
1.フライパンにオリーブオイルの半量をひいて中火で温める。トマトを入れ、表面に焼き色がつくまで焼いたら一度取り出す。
2.そのままのフライパンに残りのオリーブオイル、にんにく、玉ねぎを入れて、塩・コショウ(少々・分量外)をふって中火で炒める。
3.玉ねぎが透き通ってきたらマッシュルームを入れてさっと炒め合わせる。
※お好みで、チューブのトマトピューレ(約10cm程度)とケチャップを(大さじ1〜2程度)入れると、さらにコクが出ます。
4.(A) を加え、時々混ぜながら5分ほど煮る。
5.(1) のトマトを加え、全体をひと混ぜしたら火を止める。
6.オリーブオイル(分量外)を加えた湯で規定時間通りラザニア用パスタを茹で、ざるにあげて水気を切る。オーブンを190℃に予熱しておく。
7.グラタン皿にバターを塗り、(5)をうすく敷き詰め、ラザニア用パスタをのせる。
8.(5) の1/3量を流し入れ、カッテージチーズをティースプーンで落とし、ラザニア用パスタを重ねる。これをもう一度繰り返す。
9.残りの(5) をのせてピザ用チーズを振りかけ、190℃のオーブンで15分焼いたら、完成!

Scandinavian Healthy Lasagna
Servings:2 -3
INGREDIENTS
1 Tomato
1 Onion
1 can Boiled mushrooms
1 piece Garlic
2 tablespoons Olive oil
A.
1 can Whole tomatoes
Dried oregano
4g Bouillon
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Black pepper
3 Lasagna pasta sheets
200g Cottage cheese
50g Shredded cheese
10g Butter
PREPARATION
1. Sprinkle half the amount of olive oil in a frying pan and heat on medium heat. Add tomatoes and bake until the surface is browned, then remove from heat.
2.In the same pan pour the remaining olive oil, garlic and onions, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook on medium heat.
3. When the onions become translucent, add the mushrooms and cook lightly.
* If you like, add a tube of tomato puree (about 10cm) or ketchup (about 1 to 2 tablespoons) for even more richness.
4. Add (A) ingredients and simmer for about 5 minutes, occasionally mixing.
5. Add the tomatoes from (1), mix the whole, and turn off the heat.
6. Boil the lasagna pasta in hot water with olive oil for the specified time on the package, and drain. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
7. Spread butter on a baking dish, spread (5) lightly, and top with a pasta sheet.
8. Pour 1/3 of the amount from (5), add the cottage cheese with a teaspoon, and layer the lasagna pasta. Repeat the process until you have 3 layers.
9. Place the rest of (5), sprinkle with shredded cheese, and bake in the oven at 190 ° C for 15 minutes to complete!
