I made some Hokkaido Beef over a bed of salad with my favorite sweet corn 🌽, sesame tofu and wakame (seaweed!)

Didi has the same Hokkaido Beef marinated with @liloikanbilis, steamed broccoli, carrots and sweet corn, topped with furikake just before serving! ✨

Washed it all down with my homemade miso soup with additional tofu pieces - just the way I like it! My Citus Mint tea from @teaforte.sea complemented the meal perfectly 😘✨
