Resepi Puding Trifle Kastard
Bahan-bahan (Lapisan Bawah)
kek gulung pandan
1 tin buah koktel
Bahan-bahan (Kastard)
1 cwn tepung kastard
1/2 cwn gula
2 cwn susu segar
Bahan-bahan (Agar-agar)
1 pkt serbuk agar-agar
1/2 cwn gula
2 cwn air
1 sk sirap ros
Cara memasak (Kastard)
Campurkan tepung kastard, gula, susu segar dan kacau sebati.
Masak campuran tersebut menggunakan api sederhana sehinggga pekat dan berkilat. Ketepikan.
Cara memasak (Agar-agar)
1. Campurkan serbuk agar-agar, gula dan air.
2. Masak gunakan api sederhana sehingga semuanya larut sempurna.
3. Masukkan esen sirap, kacau dan ketepikan.
Penyediaan
1. Susun kek gulung pandan di permukaan gelas dan tekan sedikit.
2. Curahkan air koktel ke seluruh permukaan.
3. Tuangkan kastard dan ratakan menggunakan sudu. Sejukkan seketika.
4. Letakkan buah koktel dan tuang pula larutan agar-agar. Sejukkan di dalam peti ais selama 1-2 jam.
5. Puding trifle kastard siap untuk dihidangkan.

Ingredients (Bottom layer)
pandan swiss roll cake
1 canned cocktail fruits
Ingredients (Custard)
1 cup of custard flour
1/2 cup of sugar
2 cups of fresh milk
Ingredients (Jelly)
1 pckt agar-agar powder
1/2 cup of sugar
2 cups of water
1 tsp of syrup rose
Cooking methods (Custard)
Mix custard flour, sugar, fresh milk and stir well.
Cook the mixture using medium heat until thicken and shiny. Set aside.
Cooking methods (Jelly)
1. Mix agar-agar powder, sugar and water.
2. Using medium heat, cook until agar-agar powder and sugar perfectly dissolve.
3. Add in rose syrup, stir and set aside.
Preparation
1. Arrange pandan swiss roll cake on glass surface and press a bit.
2. Pour cocktail juice to all surface.
3. Pour custard and spread well using spoon. Let them cool for while.
4. Put cocktail fruits and pour in agar-agar mixture on top. Chill for at least 1-2 hours.
5. Pudding trifle custard ready to be served.

蛋糕:雞蛋 3,砂糖 120g,麵粉 100g,綠茶粉 5g,牛油 30g,牛奶 30ml
綠茶糖水:水 140ml,砂糖 90g,綠茶粉 5g
芝士忌廉:芝士忌廉 200g,砂糖 70g,忌廉 100g,綠茶糖水 2 tbsp
做法:
1. 將蛋黃,砂糖(50g)拌勻
2. 將蛋白,砂糖(70g)分段打發,再分段拌入蛋黃漿,麵粉,綠茶粉,牛油,牛奶
3. 在蛋糕模內薄薄掃一層油,加入蛋糕漿,用170℃焗30分鐘
4. 將水,砂糖,綠茶粉拌勻,做綠茶糖水
5. 將芝士忌廉,砂糖,忌廉,綠茶糖水拌勻,做芝士忌廉
6. 將蛋糕切成兩片,用大小不同的杯切出圓狀
7. 在杯內重複加入蛋糕片,綠茶糖水,芝士忌廉
8. 最後灑上綠茶粉

8. Divide cake sheet in half and punch out with cup three times.
9. In a glass cup, start layer with cake sheet ▶ green tea sugar water ▶ cream cheese ▶ cake sheet ▶ green tea sugar water ▶ cream cheese ▶ cake sheet ▶ green tea sugar water ▶ cream cheese ▶ green tea powder.

One batter which magically divides into three layers, three different textures: a flan base, crème center, and génoise (sponge) top!
The recipe was originated in France and talked about in Japan in 2015.
However, if you expect smooth and creamy flan, you will get disappointed with the texture… it is pretty dense and chewy. Thus, I prefer the chocolate flavor. The flan base is just like the chocolate fudge and pretty addictive ;)

Magic Custard Cake (3-Layer Cake from 1 Batter)
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 1.5hrs
Number of servings: 15cm (6inch) round cake pan
Ingredients:
3 eggs
90g (3.2oz.) granulated sugar *1 tbsp. for egg whites
1 tbsp. warm water
90g (3.2oz.) butter
90g (3.2oz.) cake flour
a pinch of salt
300ml milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 160C (320F).
2. Line the cake pan with parchment paper.
3. Melt the butter in a microwave at 600W for 30 seconds.
4. Warm the milk (not hot).
5. Separate the eggs.
6. Place the egg yolks in a bowl. Add warm water and sugar (leave out 1 tbsp. for egg whites), then beat them with an electric mixer until white like mayonnaise.
7. Add the melted butter little by little and mix well.
8. Sift in flour, add salt, and mix well.
9. Add milk 1/2 at a time, then add vanilla extract and mix well.
10. In a different bowl, lightly whip the egg whites. Then add 1 tbsp. of sugar and beat with an electric mixer until firm peaks form.
11. Mix 9 and 10 together for 4~5 times with a whisk. DO NOT OVER-MIX. Pour the batter into the pan and even out the surface.
12. Bake at 160C (320F) for about 45~50 minutes.
13. Leave to cool completely, then cool in the fridge for over 2 hours. Dust with powdered sugar to finish.
You can garnish with some fruits if you like :)
