Questions: have you had a confrontation(對抗) at your last job? tell me about it.
He/she wasn’t doing his/her job. I didn’t feel like the team member was giving 100% effort like I was so I became frustrated.
I spoke to my boss about it and things turned out fine. I worked with that member and leaded him to be more focused at work,總之要有個「解決方案」,不是讓故事停留在負面的階段。
Question: What are your strengths and weaknesses?
如果你真的很想很想要這份工作,可以很直接的跟他說just give me a chance and I will show you my passion and do my best. I would love to be a member of XXX company.
Good luck!
