Mình tình cờ tìm ra nơi này cách đây 2 năm trước, trong một lần mò mẫm tìm đồ ăn sáng khu gần nhà. Sau này khi gặp J mình đã rất háo hức dẫn thanh niên này đi 😗
Sau một thìa nước mì đầu tiên, J đã phải thốt lên rằng nó là thứ "súp" ngon nhất anh từng được ăn kể từ khi anh tới Đà Nẵng, ngọt vị xương ống và củ cải hầm, ngọt thanh nhưng đậm đà. Và sau đó anh húp hết nửa bát nước rồi mới ăn đến mì 😂 Mì được trần dai vừa phải, thịt xá xíu mềm ngon, và 2 viên hoành thành thì không thể chê vào đâu được 😍 Lần nào nhìn anh ăn ngon quá, mình cũng nhường anh một viên trong bát mình (cho dù cả một bát đầy hoành thánh không mình cũng ăn hết 1 mình). Tô như trong hình là 2 viên hoành thánh cùng với thịt xíu là 22k, có rau sống ăn kèm với giá trần, và sa tế cô chủ tự làm cực kì thơm ngon, không hề cay xé, chỉ dịu dịu vừa phải. Với mức giá như vậy so với mặt bằng chung đồ ăn Đà Nẵng là vô cùng hợp lí!

I found this place 2 years ago, when I was wandering around my neighborhood to find myself a nice breakfast. And since I started dating J, I was very excited to take him there 😗
After the first spoonful of the broth, J uttered "that was the best broth that I've ever tried since I came to Danang", you can taste the sweetness from the stewed bones and white radish, so light yet so flavourful. Not until he had enjoyed half of the broth, did he start eating the noodle. The noodle was cooked al dente, the meat was tender and tasty, and the 2 pieces of wontons you definitely can not find any reason to say no to it 😍 Everytime that we ate there, looking at him enjoying them, I can not help myself but to give him one of mine (even if I have a bowl full of only wontons, I can eat them all alone). A bowl like we have in the pics with 2 pieces of wontons and char siu meat was 22k, with lettuce, boiled sprouts and the homemade satay from the owner.

「清湯牛雜」—湯底看上去清澈乾淨，喝起來原來非常鮮甜，喜歡吃辣的朋友更要嘗一下店家秘製的XQ辣醬，鹹香味十足喔。
「胡椒湯浸雞腳」—雞肉炆煮得很入味，而且輕輕一咬已經做到骨肉分離的口感，非常好吃。
小食方面「車打芝士雪場蟹柳撈烏冬」和「炸墨魚滑雲吞」都是店內的人氣小食。

清湯牛雜最難處理的必定是內臟要清洗乾淨，但又要保留少許牛臊香，所以店主每天開店前的準備功夫一點都不少，店主更認為洗內臟比送貨運輸還要辛苦，但沒辦法，他就是想得到食客們的認同，每一位食客的認同就成為他繼續做下的理由，這份獨有的滿足感是無可替代的。

“Beef Offal in Broth”: The soup looks very light and clear, but it tastes very fresh and sweet. You can add some of their XO sauce if you like spicy

“Chicken Feet in Pepper Soup”: The chicken feet are cooked till soft and full of flavor. It’s very easy to eat around the bones

“Cheddar Cheese Crab Leg Udon” and “Friend Squid Wonton” are some very popular snacks here

The beef offal has to be very clean and neat to be served, so the owner spends a lot of time preparing before opening the shop every morning. He thinks it’s the most difficult and time consumer procedure.
