麻辣豬手肉醬
拼椰菜絲沙律
我平日會用滷水炆好兩隻咸豬手,拆肉打碎成肉醬再加辣油花椒油調味,放入雪櫃備用!
好似今日嘅午餐就用佢嚟夾麥餅同沙律菜食,全麥餅零澱粉質,有效降低血糖,椰菜絲沙律就係撈過壽司醋同橄欖油,清新怡人嘅口味,剛好中和咗肉醬嘅油膩口感!😍❤️大滿足❤️
滷水料
。上湯500ml
。水,適量浸過材料
。生抽,5湯匙
。老抽,3湯匙
。蠔油,3湯匙
。冰糖,1小粒
。花椒、八角、香葉、玉桂條、陳皮,適量
麻辣調味
。老干媽醬,2茶匙
。麻辣紅油,3茶匙
。花椒油,2茶匙

好想吃蛋餅、又想吃烤花生厚片怎麼辦😋⁉️還不簡單,把它們mix在一起就好啦~ #營養師子雯的小廚房 今天要和大家分享 #山茶油花生起司墨西哥全麥薄餅,超級好吃~你一定要學起來!
🌳材料:
#百色壯麗山茶油2茶匙
墨西哥全麥薄餅1片
雞蛋2顆
起司片1片
顆粒花生醬適量
🌳做法
1) 薄餅放入平底鍋稍微兩面煎熱後,關火
2) 將花生醬均勻的塗在薄餅上,盛起備用
3) 起一平底鍋,倒入2茶匙山茶油,倒入打散的蛋液,待稍微有些半熟時,放入起司片
4) 將塗有花生醬的那一面放在蛋液上,再用鏟子稍微按壓
5) 全熟時,再翻面煎至稍微金黃色,就能捲起享用啦!!
✨過程中不需要再加鹽調味,因起司片已經有足夠的鈉量🧂
✨好吃小秘訣,花生醬除了選無糖比較健康外,我一定會選有顆粒的,這樣吃起來的口感比較好,能咬到花生顆粒🥜
✨#山茶油 和花生醬都屬於油脂類,如此搭配油脂比例較高,記得下一餐就要減少油脂攝取,一整天才不會過量喔!!!
✨對於花生等堅果過敏的朋友們,也能替換成其他口味的醬,自由搭配也很棒🎉
