「布丁餐包」

之前收藏了一個布丁餐包的食譜、一直很好奇把布丁加入麵團會是什麼樣的感覺。在施打完AZ疫苗廢了2.5天之後獲得重生，立馬決定把原本買來備用的疫苗食品、兩個布丁拿來打麵團！

不瞞你說、在量好份量後看著剩餘的焦糖部分，我想著「可以吃兩份焦糖也太開心了吧！」

因為份量不多所以還是沒有用士邦攪拌機，還是選擇了magimix 來打麵團，它雖然是很厲害的食物調理機、但在我家打麵團的時間比處理食物的時間要來的多。

預料麵團會有點濕軟黏手、所以預留了一大半的鮮奶來做調整、又加了一點手粉才剛剛好。

❤️以前kneader攪拌機的保冷劑有留下來、我會把它用在magimix 上、用來稍微冷卻溫度。因為在2分鐘就攪拌好的麵團，很容易過熱。
❤️麵團一直散發出香甜的布丁味、最主要的原因應該是我用了最不天然的布丁😁。
❤️發酵時會使用水波爐的發酵功能。大多使用35度+一半時間都水蒸氣發酵，麵團超Q軟的好可愛。
❤️分別用水波爐跟阿拉丁烤，阿拉丁比較小因此時間可以縮短、不然會像我一樣曬傷。

照片因為對比所以看起來很黑、其實本人沒這麼黑啦。而且很好吃😁😁。雖然他們說還是吃真正的布丁比較好、但這款餐包是好吃的！

晚餐後我們三個試吃了三條😁😁。
對了看看麵包底部的差別（左：阿拉丁，右：水波爐），阿拉丁烤箱烤麵包是沒有問題的，就是要注意麵包高度跟曬傷😁。

「365富士珐瑯+烤、蒸都沒問題」

很久以前曾經有一次使用名牌烤盅進烤箱、結果居然裂開了！造成我很大的陰影。

接觸珐瑯之後一開始是覺得很耐看又百搭，後來發現它導熱快、又不會因為有未察覺的裂痕造成途中破裂的危險、因此更愛它了。

從珐瑯托盤、珐瑯保鮮盒、珐瑯烤盤、珐瑯盤⋯大大小小如果真的都要挖出來的話、我覺得可能會逼近30件（都藏到哪去了哈哈哈）。

分享一下很常用的很家常的隨性用法。那就是很常在平日菜單出現的烤香腸跟蒸瓜仔肉啦。

「烤鯤牧黑豬香腸」
365富士珐瑯+阿拉丁烤箱
使用的是0.9L淺型。

「蒸瓜仔肉」
365富士珐瑯+sharp水波爐
使用的是1.8L深型。

剛好這兩次的使用都是有另外加鋁箔紙上蓋，因為烤香腸比較會噴油、前20分鐘加上鋁箔紙可以大大減低噴油到烤箱內避。

✏️也可以使用阿拉丁原廠的上蓋、或是使用全不鏽鋼比較平的蓋子（認如電鍋內鍋蓋）來代替。

✏️蒸瓜仔肉加鋁箔紙上蓋是為了不讓蒸氣水分落入盤內稀釋了醬汁的味道。

✏️這盒鋁箔紙買了十年還用不完。

另外想跟大家分享的是，烤香腸之後可以看到很明顯的焦痕吧？會不會擔心洗不洗的掉呢？

真的不要煩惱。
先用餐紙巾擦掉油膩、噴一點超濃縮珂珂透洗碗精、過五分鐘後用水沖掉、再裝滿水浸泡、就可以洗乾淨嘍！完全不用刷。

就算只是重複泡水也可以洗乾淨的，只是最好先用洗碗精乳化油膩、比較不會造成水管負擔。

當時沒拍照實在太可惜了！
總之、珐瑯非常好清洗喔、別擔心。

「365富士珐瑯+百慕達烤箱」

有網友問365富士珐瑯系列在百慕達烤箱能不能用，剛好我也有百慕達烤箱所以試放了一下。

四款都可以，但1.0L跟1.8L有點卡。比較建議0.9L跟1.6L淺型的尺寸哦。因為這兩個是淺型的、在開關門時比較不會卡到，跟上方加熱熱管有點距離也比較安全。
