My variation of standing dumbbell bicep curl with the added @fatgripz I tend to have inflamed tendinitis on my elbows due to the tightness of my extensors and weakness of my forearm flexors. Once I put on @fatgripz for all of my arm workout exercises, it takes away the strain on the elbow joint as it forces one to engage more of your flexors and extensors due to the bar being thick and you having to grab it even harder throughout the movement. Remember, whenever you’re faced with any form of discomfort or injury, do not shy away from it. Identify, plan, execute, and eventually fix. You are as strong as your weakest link.
