而且倒立其實是一個非常健康的動作

2. 改善整體健康
3. 緩解焦慮和心理障礙
4.能夠把積在下半身的多餘體液透過循環方式加速排出,減少靜脈曲張機會
5. 刺激消化腸道、排毒、按摩肺部
6. 提高注意力和身體平衡
There are many reasons why I enjoy the Handstand so much,
First of all it’s really fun !
Second it forces me into a meditative state.
And lastly there are so many health benefits just by doing the Handstand, such as blood circulation, detoxification and so much more !

1. I don't want to lose my expensive muscles, that's why I don't want to "move" too much - soory, that's not true!
If we move more or increase our daily activities, we not only will get leaner, but also we can earn more calories. Think about Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR).
2. Everyone should "move", don't spend too much on sitting.
3. "Play" is essential to all human being.

We can learn a lot of different movements when we are playing with kids. They are creative without no boundary.
4. If we cannot move as kids, you may need to focus on fixing your mobility before lifting heavy weight. And also, we should not have any pain when we are moving.

Try not doing exercise, your body will hate you and makes you FAT, and you may suffer joint pain and muscle pain.
If you keep training regularly, you will have a Healthy, Lean & Strong body.
