《牛頭角黃店💛超高質意式CAFÉ🍝-Pt.1》

星期日特登帶兩老去左牛頭角一間Cafe食lunch，呢家係觀塘區都好出名，嘢食好食之餘仲要係#黃店 💛，係草根近年食過質素好高嘅樓上Cafe，大家一定要支持😍！

當日去到叫咗4個lunch set（今次先講2個），全部都包餐湯🥣。當日嘅餐湯蘑菇湯夠晒濃郁，仲食到粒粒蘑菇🍄，唔錯。

📍澳洲和牛漢堡配薯寶（$138）
Australian Wagyu Beef Burger with Sweet Fries
漢堡賣相好吸引😍，而且份量一啲都唔細。漢堡包外型似提子麥包🍔，口感鬆軟。材料豐富有煎蛋🍳、漢寶扒、芝士🧀、沙律醬、生菜、蕃茄同酸瓜🥬🍅🥒。
澳洲和牛味道濃郁🥩，不過肉汁唔算話好多🤫。煎蛋可以話喺呢個漢寶嘅靈魂，切開仲會流出蛋汁💛，蛋漿令味道同口感更有層次🤩，唔錯👍🏻。另外，旁邊仲配有香脆嘅炸薯寶🍟，比一般嘅薯條特別啲😬。

📍蟹肉闊條麵（$138）
Crab Meat Tagliatelle
闊條麵煮得啱啱好，食落有咬口唔會太腍。醬汁creamy，有蟹肉嘅鮮味🦀，另外仲有三文魚子、野菌同翠玉瓜做配料，口感唔錯，味道相對溫和但係都幾好食😋。

📍New York Cheesecake
Cream Cheese 味好香🧀，質感香滑👍🏻，加上香脆厚身嘅餅底，唔錯。

📍Baileys Mousse Cake
口感細滑，酒香冇Tiramisu 咁濃🍾，朱古力味較突出🍫，不過食落真係好香，質素幾高。

📍Mocha (cold) (+$19)
📍Cappuccino (+$15)
Lunch set加錢可以飲啲特別啲嘅飲品，Mocha朱古力味超濃郁，Cappuccino飲落順滑仲有拉花。

NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE

Seriously cake ni mmg sedap...lemak masam dan tak manis sgt...kalau buat time PKP ni sekejap jer licin!😆😆😆

BAHAN-BAHANNYA

120g biskut marie (dipatah 4 & dikisar)
60g butter (dicairkan-pkai microwave oven jerr)
*gaulkan kedua-dua bhn di atas, tekan dgn sudu di dasar loyang utk dijadikan tapak (base) cheese cake

400g cream cheese
120g gula pasir
200g plain yogurt
150ml whipping cream
2 biji telur (gred A)
2 sb tepung jagung
1 sb esen vanilla
2 sb jus lemon

CARA-CARANYA

1. Gaul sebati cream cheese dan gula (tak perlu pkai mixer)
2. Masukkan plain yogurt
3. Masukkan whipping cream
4. Masukkan telur
5. Masukkan tepung jagung
6. Masukkan esen vanilla dan jus lemon
7. Tuang adunan ke loyang (abam pkai loyang size 7”). Bakar secara ‘steam bath’, api atas bwh pd suhu 200 degree celcius (30 minit pertama) dan 180 degree celcius (30 minit kedua) sehingga kek masak
8. Sejukkan di dlm chiller/peti sejuk selama 6 jam
9. Potong dan hias kek ikut citarasa dan sedia dimakan!☺️

TIPS PENTING
1. Guna loyang yg boleh diangkat tapaknya atau yg boleh dibuka ditepinya (jenis clip), lapik sekeliling loyang dgn baking paper supaya cheese cake mudah dikeluarkan
2. Guna pisau yg tajam utk dptkan potongan cheese cake yg cantik🥰

材料をボウルに入れて混ぜて焼くだけの
とても簡単でソフトな食感のチーズケーキです。

ケーキ型はDAISOの6個取れシリコン型を使うのでお手軽です。

【ingredients】(6pieces of DAISO Silicon typex2pieces)
150g　Oreo
60g Melted butter
200g Cream cheese
80g Granulated sugar
2 egg(room temperature)
180ml heavy cream
1tsp lemon juice
40g Flour
5 Strawberry
6 blueberry

【材料】(ダイソーの6個取れシリコン型×2枚)
オレオ　　　　　150g(15個)
溶かしバター　　60g
クリームチーズ　200g
グラニュー糖　　80g
卵(室温)　　　　2個
生クリーム　　　180ml
レモン汁　　　　小さじ1
薄力粉　　　　　40g
いちご　　　　　5個
ブルーベリー　　6個

【作り方】
①オレオはフードプロセッサーや麺棒などで細かくつぶして溶かしバター(電子レンジで溶かします)を加えて混ぜ、シリコン型に入れてスプーンなどで押し固めて冷蔵庫で約30分冷やします。

②クリームチーズを電子レンジ600wで30-40秒あたためてボールに入れて泡だて器でよく混ぜてクリーム状にします。

③グラニュー糖、室温に戻した卵、約40℃に温めた生クリーム、レモン汁を加えながらその都度よく混ぜて、薄力粉をふるい入れて粉っぽさがなくなるまで混ぜます。

④ ①のシリコン型へ生地を流し入れて160℃に予熱したオーブンで25-32分焼きます。
(竹串を刺して生の生地がついてこなければ焼けています。)

⑤焼けたらケーキクーラーであら熱を取ったらラップをして冷蔵庫で一晩冷やします。

⑥いちごやブルーベリーを乗せます。

【ingredients】(5.91in round type)
200g Cream cheese
90g sour cream(room temperature)
60g Granulated sugar
2 egg(room temperature)
100ml heavy cream
1tsp lemon juice
1tbsp cornstarch
100g Apricot jam

【材料】(15㎝丸型)
クリームチーズ　　　200g
サワークリーム(室温)90g
グラニュー糖　　　　60g
卵(室温)　　　　　　2個
生クリーム　　　　　100ml
レモン汁　　　　　　小さじ1
コーンスターチ　　　大さじ1
アプリコットジャム　100g

【作り方】
①15㎝丸型に便利なクッキングシートを敷きます。

②クリームチーズをボールに入れて電子レンジ600wで30-40秒あたためて室温に戻したサワークリームとグラニュー糖を加えて泡だて器でよく混ぜてクリーム状にします。

③室温に戻した卵、約40℃に温めた生クリーム、レモン汁、コーンスターチを加えながら混ぜます。
　※混ぜる時間はそんなに長くなくても「綺麗に混ざったかな」くらいが目安です。

④ ①のケーキ型へ生地を流し入れて180℃に予熱したオーブンで湯せん焼きで40-50分焼きます。

⑤焼けたらケーキクーラーであら熱を取ったら冷蔵庫で一晩冷やします。

⑥アプリコットジャムを裏ごししてケーキに塗ります。

※ケーキを切る時はお湯でナイフ(包丁)を40℃くらいに温めて切ります。一度切ったら必ずペーパーなどでナイフ(包丁)を綺麗に拭いてから切ってください。
