In 2016, I started my fitness journey by learning about nutrition and getting into HIIT workouts by @itschloeting. Even though I ‘successfully’ lost weight, I gained it all back because I was still fixing my relationship with food and my body. My weight loss was a momentary high and not a lasting one.
Today, I am so much kinder to my body. Fitness has become a space for me to move, love and explore my body’s wondrous abilities. I feed it with nutritious food as well as the occasional ice cream and pastries. But now I intentionally feed it with deep love and care.
My fitness routine may seem the same on the outside but I am very much changed on the inside. The magic of a more loving and kinder mind is it gets me excited for my training, and I deal with less shame and guilt around food. And most importantly, I am more present and grateful for this life I have ✨

I'm an IFBB Pro Men's Physique athlete. I started training 15 years ago and began competing at a professional level from 2013. Since then I've competed in over 14 bodybuilding competitions worldwide from U.S.A. to Japan, China, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
Some of my highlights include holding the title as a 8x World Physique Champion under the Muslemania Universe and Musclemania America as well as being the 1st Runner Up at the IFBB Japan Pro 2018.
