【初生BB「紅Pat Pat 」預防篇 】#新手媽媽必備 #尿布疹 #懶媽買啲咩系列
BB出院嘅第1️⃣個禮拜,相信10個初生都有9個會「紅pat pat」,因為可能初生排泄嘅次數比較密,同BB皮膚仍然在適應中,十分幼嫩。
以下喺懶媽預防初生BB「紅Pat Pat」小Tips:
1️⃣一定要勤啲換片,最好2小時換一次,如果已經紅咗,有排泄物就盡量即刻換。
2️⃣在家的時候,盡量用暖熟水濕棉片,代替現成濕紙巾清潔,減低接觸化學成份。
3️⃣用印嘅方式清潔,唔好大力抹!
4️⃣清潔完後用乾棉片輕輕印乾。
5️⃣如果情況許可,暫時唔包片,俾屁股皮膚乾爽透氣5-10分鐘,可以將乾淨尿片打開墊在pat pat底下,就算突然有排泄物都方便處理。
6️⃣換片時,見到上次殘餘嘅換片膏,不用徹底大力抺走,只需要清走排泄物,然後再補上一層即可。
7️⃣其實換片膏嘅作用,係隔開排泄物同皮膚,所以每一次都需要用換片膏。
8️⃣嚴選換片膏,最好成分天然,唔會刺激BB皮膚,有效隔開排泄物同濕氣,同時有保護同修復嘅作用!
