Monday no blue bcos @lebinchotan is open (they are closed on Sunday). Time to head down and enjoy a few yummilious cocktails from my fav female bartender @gwendolynelisewong!
Oh yes, not to forget those delicious bites! Totally love Uni and Caviar that is served with a generous serving of Uni and topped with shoyu pearls. Edible charcoal, Little Neck Clams, Sakura Evo Capellini and Mushroom Risotto are some of my fav. Can’t wait to be back again and again again 😻😋😻

花生醬 40 g
醬油 1 Tbsp
糯米醋 1 Tbsp
有機蔗糖 1/2 Tbsp

#3 炒韓式冬粉 05:46

韓國冬粉 1 把
洋蔥 1/2 顆
胡蘿蔔 1/2 根
鮑魚菇 ~240 ml
高麗菜 ~1/8 顆
